They are currently doing a roof replacement and installing new gutters on the apartment complex where I live. Every day there are shingles, nails, staples, and bags left all over the place. They are on week 3 of the roof replacement and I just hope it’s over soon before I or my dog step on any of the pieces they keep leaving in our yard.

Keeping our work area clean is important to us, and we're sorry if that hasn't been clear during our work. If there's something we can help with, don't hesitate to let us know the next time we're on the property. -Ken Rodick, Owner

When it came time to replace my roof, I immediately thought of this company because I had one of their sons as a student years ago. I’m so glad I reached out. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Kollin kept me informed throughout the entire process, the pricing was fair and reasonable, and the crew did an outstanding job. They worked hard, paid attention to the details, and left everything clean when they were finished. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. What really stood out to me was their honesty and willingness to go above and beyond. While replacing my roof, Kollin noticed that the top of my chimney was deteriorating and made sure to point it out before it became a bigger problem. He even gave me the contact information for a family friend, Jim, who specializes in masonry. Jim and his crew were just as impressive. They repaired my chimney beautifully, and the craftsmanship speaks for itself. I really appreciated being connected with someone they trusted instead of being left to figure it out on my own. It’s refreshing to work with people who take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend Kollin and his team for roofing, and Jim for any masonry work. You won’t be disappointed.

Kollin came and did a very timely estimate and he went thru its talking points so i understood everything in detail. David and Bob showed up and they couldnt have been more professional. They both made sure my job was done right and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend 5K Roofing . Thank you Kollin,David and Bob

From start to finish, 5K Roofing was outstanding. After the initial assessment, they took detailed photos and helped with the warranty claim process — making something that could have been stressful completely painless. The two technicians who came out to repair the damaged shingles were professional, thorough, and clearly knew their craft. And when I ran into an issue with ACH payment on the billing side, the office staff stepped in and sorted it out quickly and without hassle. Every person I dealt with — from the field crew to the front office — was genuinely helpful and easy to work with. That kind of consistency across the whole team says a lot about a company’s culture. I’ll absolutely be calling 5K Roofing when it’s time for a full roof replacement. Highly recommend. Neil Patel

Drake was the point of contact for 5k roofing. Drake was amazing in his services from dealing with insurance providers, communication with me throughout the process, and being flexible. Drake made the whole experience easy and 5k roofing provided a great finished product.

We just completed a front of home update. New roof and gutters, board and batten siding, and stone facade on garage with 5K Roofing. We couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of work is excellent. Time and budget were reasonable. The Team is outstanding. We highly recommend 5K for any home upgrade.

Was an absolute pleasure doing business with these people! From Drake doing the estimate and being my point of contact to the guys running the work on my house- they were all kind, respectful, professional. The roof looks great, they cleaned up after themselves and I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

We had 5K do a couple repairs to a commercial flat roof on our building. Both occasions they did a great job. They were fast and very good about working around the building during business hours. They did a great job cleaning up once the work was done. I am nothing but happy with the work done and won’t hesitate to have them back for future repairs.

After weeks of trying to get roofers to give us estimates, we were referred to 5K through our insurance company, even though this wasn't a claim issue. Drake came over the following week, got us an estimate and was just an all around nice guy. He took tons of photos so we could see what was happening on the roof. We signed the contract for a new roof for the house and garage, and all new gutters, downspouts and fascia. Drake called me the next week and set a date for the roof. No issues. The guys were nice, cleaned up and did good work. Next call was fascia..no issues. Guys did a great job, showed up on time and all went smoothly. Last part were the gutters. No issues..same thing. The guys were pleasant, on time and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them. For such a large project, we have zero complaints and everything ran very smoothly.

I have done multiple projects with 5K over the last 3 years. They operate in a professional and honest manner. Ken is a man of integrity. I prefer not to refer individuals or companies but in the case of 5k I do not hesitate to recommend.
