Terrible service. Came to look at my mother’s roof and didn’t lift a thing to find out where the leak was. After 30 min of standing on the roof, my mother was asked if there was a man around they could speak to. Only my mother owns the …

Good Afternoon Lisa, I apologise that you had a negative experience with West Point Roofing. We strive to have the best customer service in the industry and take comments like this very seriously. If you would like to discuss further, please feel free to give Scott Jenks a call at our office. We would be more than happy to continue this conversation and potentially rectify any misunderstandings or perceptions. Your description of events is similar, and I believe it pertains to a leak call dispatched on 22/05/24. We originally received the call and were advised to send the information to one of the owner's daughters because the owner did not have e-mail access. We were specifically advised, due to a language barrier, to have detailed conversations with either the daughter or her husband (not including names in this response to protect privacy). After our qualified technicians arrived on-site and were shown the interior, they went to the roof to assess. Due to the system composition, they removed the top three layers to expose the actual roofing membrane for a proper investigation. When they removed the bottom layer (against the roof), it was found that due to the age and deterioration of the roofing system, it had bonded to the insulation and physically ripped, creating a large hole in the system when it was removed. The chunk that ripped off the roof was still attached to the bottom of the insulation and was documented. At this point, we had documented each step taken with time-stamped pictures. The office staff e-mailed the daughter, as requested at the time of booking, with multiple pictures and requested either the daughter or her husband to give us a call to discuss how they would like us to proceed (once again, as requested). At this point, it was the daughter’s husband who returned the phone call shortly after the e-mail was sent. When they returned our call, we advised that it was our professional opinion that when a system is this old and deteriorated, a

Got my flat roof repaired. Quote was good, new roof looks pretty good. Multiple staff were rude and unprofessional with me. Would not recommend as spending that kind of money to be spoken rudely to is extremely frustrating.

West point roofing is working on a construction site across the street from my home. Our vehicle was damaged when we had the snow squall back in March from materials on the roof top that were not secured. We spoke to multiple people on the work site and eventually was directed to Scott from west point roofing. We were explaining the situation to him and sending him photos of the occurance and then he decided to dismiss us completely saying "we took too long to deal with it" and that he has too many questions in which he would not elaborate on and at one point hung up on my husband. Scott has taken it upon himself to make west point look bad and we will be taking them to court. I would never recommend this company to my friends or family

Thank you very much, John. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It was a pleasure working with you both. I am glad the process felt clear and that the final result matched what we discussed from the beginning. There is a lot of mixed information in the roofing world, so I always try to give homeowners honest guidance and explain what is actually needed. Thank you for putting your trust in me. I am also pleased to hear the crew looked after your home properly. I have spoken with them regarding the smoking issue so it does not happen again. If you ever have questions or need anything in the future, feel free to reach out. Thank you again for choosing us. Peter Coscolin West Point Roofing

Finding a company that cares as much about the small, out of the way jobs, as the big jobs, is hard to do. This is definitely a find. Easy to deal with and prompt, no time is wasted to find a solution to whatever roofing problem you might have. I would call them again in flash.

I had called a few roofers over the weekend that let me down. All of them. Come Monday morning and i was referred to WP by a colleague. I explained the situation. A building that i manage as a contractor had a leak and sourcing out a roofer for a temporary repair had been challenging. I received a call back from Scott Jenks. He was professional, understood the task, promptly contacted the tenant to get access. So far, they have been great to deal with. 4 stars right now. If they complete the repair in a timely manor, i'll revise to 5 stars. Revised: The repair was completed, excellent service from theses guys. I've already contacted them with more work. 5 Star service!

Iatse 210 Stage and Film Union of Alberta 10428-123 street used West Point Roofing to redo the whole roof which had been damaged , causing leaks through the years. After Getting six quotes from various roofing companies, we decided to go with West Point..Peter Coscolin came up with a reasonable quote. It was a big job, and Peter went into detail about pricing, and helpful advice, as we wanted it done with the best options available and we were a the rough time frame it could take, depending on weather. An incredible professional group of workers who showed a great respect for all in the building. Peter was so very, very, accommodating, with the other tenants in the building, and made them feel at ease. The job was done last summer 2021. One of the hottest summers , and then the coldest winters in years ....NOT ONE PROBLEM! A great, great job was done.I waited until now to GIVE A VERY POSITIVE REVIEW because I wanted to go through the seasons. West Point will be coming to check on their work in the late spring of this year, and make sure everything is going as planned with their work..AGAIN CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT WEST POINT AND PETER COSCOLIN...THANKS THANKS AGAIN VP STAGE MICHAEL S. Peter Coscolin and his team from West Point Roofing did a great job replacing our leaky, low-grade roof over the past summer (2020). Great job at a fair price, on time, as quoted. We highly recommend.

Peter of West Point Roofing assessed my roof and coordinated the removal of a tar and gravel roof and installation of a roll on material and the replacement of flashing and venting. The crew was very efficient and concerned about the site clean and safe. West Point's safety inspector came on site at least twice. Peter answered my questions, provided a useful estimate document prior to installation 2020 and an inspection report the year following installation 2021. Peter was very personable and responsive .
