  I am writing this to warn others: I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. I hired them to fix a bathroom vent leak and, after two separate "repairs" and over $1,000 of my hard-earned money, the leak is still there. First visit: Paid $520. The leak persisted. Second visit: Paid another $520.77 for a recommended gooseneck replacement. The leak still persisted. Third visit: A technician spent less than 20 minutes here to identify a "new" issue that should have been caught during the very first inspection. Despite already paying twice for a job that wasn't done right, they issued me a third invoice for $309.75. It is deeply disappointing to pay professional prices and still have water leaking into my home. I have all the proof of our messages and emails regarding these failed attempts. I absolutely do not recommend this company. Save your money and find someone who will actually fix the problem the first time.

  Hi there, You were provided an estimate on further repairs as the situation was nuanced and required multiple attempts to evaluate and rectify. We have already discussed this at length in private and we were clear about expectations at every step along the way.

  Emails not answered. Requests not completed. Receptionist's reason is: she is already doing a lot and cannot do it all. Our commercial building has selected a more professional service provider for roofing estimates, repairs & maintenance.

  Absolute scum, try to take advantage of unknowing homeowners and up-charge for quoted work that is not completed as promised. AVOID this company!

  Our 1954 house had a part of the roof installed incorrectly about 10 years ago. Rapid roofing fixed the problem right away. They were very thorough with explaining everything with pictures as well.

  I've hired Rapid Roofing for multiple jobs since moving into the house a year ago. Last summer, I had the soffits, fascia and eavestroughs done on the house and garage. Then, a couple of weeks ago, I had the house re-shingled. I've had an excellent experience with the office staff and crew at the house. The crew were polite, worked hard and did a great job of cleaning up. My messages were promptly answered by the office staff, who have been patient with my questions and friendly. There were a couple of small issues after installation, but they were addressed quickly and congenially. I would hire Rapid Roof again and highly recommend them.

  I have called Rapid Roofing for minor repairs of roof flashing due to wind damage and the roof leak. They responded my request in a timely manner and did a great job. The operation manager, Carolyn and technician are very polite and provided a great services. Highly recommend. Thank you:)

  I have used Rapid Roofing & Repairs twice. The first time I had a large leak in my garage roof which caused some damage to the ceiling. Byron came and assessed the problem and fixed it. Byron is excellent. The second time was with the last wind storm and it blew off a shingle in another location. Byron came first thing Monday morning and fixed the shingle as well as making sure the rest of the roof was good. Very professional company. I would highly recommend!

  So happy to have Rapid Roofing come out to do what was a relatively minor repair of wind damage. I'd called two companies previously and waited....and waited....and the lovely folks at Rapid lived up to their name. They came out the day after my call, did a great job, and were polite and quite lovely to deal with. I highly recommend them.
