As a senior I am very disappointed in this company! I waited 3 months for just a quote and I received no response, no phone calls nothing! I’m glad I found someone else! I do not recommend this company!

I live in an apartment building that they were replacing shingles on. I have never seen such blatant disregard for safety, both for their employees and customers. They threw debris off the 3rd story without out marking the section off or …

Had a few shingles blown off in that wind storm, I called Knights left a voice mail, i didn't receive a call back. I called another Roofing company they got back to me in less than an hour, problems solved. I didn't use Knights and can't comment on service, no call back was disappointing hence one star.

Hi Mr. Jackson. I do apologize for any inconvenience. I checked my repair schedule notes, you called our office and left a voicemail on January 31st at 11:06am. I took notes from your message and attempted to call you back that afternoon. I obviously made an error when writing down your phone number as I got a message of that number not being in service. I had no way of reaching you as I erased the original voicemail after making my notes. Again my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you, this error/lack of service was my mistake. I am glad that you found someone to promptly help you resolve your roof issues. All the best to you in 2021. Allen Shaw Sloped Roofing Mgr Knights Roofing

Think that residential noise bylaws don't apply to them. They start work at 06:00 06:15 When bylaw states 07:00. Company has been contacted in the past about This issue but didn't seem to help. So either management doesn't do anything about complaints or the employee's just don't give a !&^@%.

We worked with Knights Roofing a unique job for over a year. They were very professional and did a great job! Together we met all the time lines and our customer was very happy with both Knights Roofing and Abrasive Blast and Paint Inc. I would highly recommend Knights Roofing for large commercial/Industrial work or residential.

I’m a few years too late for this review (10-21-21) but let me tell you phenomenal work on my mom’s roof. Professional service from the first phone call to cleaning up and even coming out for a minor concern a few months later. The first thing we noticed With the new roof was how cool the home was the following summer with the new roof! 4 years later, no issues no concerns.. highly recommend these guys!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Knights roofing for my recent residential roof overhaul. Cale nailed the color suggestion and price was on point. The installers showed up and didn’t waist a minute. We added color matching flashing in the valleys for that extra touch. My roof looks like a million bucks. Just an overall pleasurable experience.

We had Troy come in and completely assess our roof, he was truthful, honest and respectful. He was very helpful to my daughter who's a single mom just trying to figure stuff out and repair her family home. Thank you Troy and Knights Roofing you guys are amazing.

Cale Davison was great to work with, as was his crew. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and were professional and worked at a good pace. The quote they gave to replace my roof was fair, and they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the finished product of my roof. I would recommend them for your roofing needs!

After receiving glowing recommendations from a friend, we contacted Knight’s Roofing and Cale Davison met with us for a free estimate. Cale discussed vents, caps, and seals that were overlooked by the other contractors that gave us quotes. Cale sold us on a roof, and we couldn’t be happier. The crew was fast, efficient , and clean.

After sourcing 4 quotes I decided to move forward with Knights Roofing to replace the shingles on my home and my parents home. Cale was great to work with and ultra responsive to all of my questions and concerns. We want with IKO Dynasty for both homes. My biggest concern was quality of the installation and I feel the team did a great job ensuring the roof was installed to my expectations. Install team was friendly and worked their butts off to get the homes done. Our home had some water damage in a small section, team replaced the plywood and let me know right away. Final product looks great on both homes.
