  Called multiple time and they were conveniently in our area and said they’d go out take a look and get back with us. That hasn’t happened nor do they answer the phone. Don’t recommend. We just want our roof done!! Why is the process so hard?

  Rob I am the owner and I'm sorry but we cant find any information as to where you actually contacted us directly. I do apologize for this and I wish I would have saw your review before now however unless you called our main number there have been times before when a call comes through as spam and without a voicemail left which I have no record of ever receiving then we cannot control this situation. We are a small local company and we do our very best to give every customer the best service we possibly can. Regardless if you have already fixed your roof issue which I assuming you have we would still like the opportunity to fix this situation with you somehow.   Requested an estimate on their website...they took two weeks to get in contact and set up the date....the date they set up was another 10 days from the call...10 days go by - the time of the appointment comes...and goes....no one showed up...no one called to say they couldn't make it....so I guess they DON'T actually value their customers (like their website claims)

  Very good communication throughout the entire process. That's very tough to find these days. Chad even helped navigate the insurance claim with the worst claims process imaginable. If the roof is as good as the contractor, I'll be a very happy customer.

  West KY Roofing did a fantastic job. They came out quickly for an estimate and came the next day with samples to choose from. Chad worked with the insurance company to help get them to cover the roof after going back and forth with insurance for months! The crew worked hard and were very nice. They cleaned everything up very nicely and you couldn’t even tell they were here. Chad kept us updated on where the roofers were in the process throughout the day as they were putting on the new roof. Just a great company- highly recommend!

  Chad Whitis, owner, CEO came out and did a free estimate , went over every single detail of what needed to be done and an upfront breakdown of the cost. He even made a special trip to drop off sample boards to help fit into our work schedules. We opted to go with the upgraded materials warranty etc but never once felt pushed into anything we didn't want. We found unexpected rot behind gutters and Chad was right out here to inspect it himself and we had a game plan to fix the issue within an hour. His crew came out when they were supposed to and had everything finished in a little over a day. We also had new gutters and downspouts added as well. Everyone was very friendly and professional, they cleaned up everything and took great care as to not damage any of our property or plants , decorations and even our wind chimes. They went over all areas for nails, debris etc. All in all, very satisfied with our new roof and gutters. Give Chad a call , you won't be disappointed.

  West ky roofing did an amazing job on my home and garage, they explained everything, came when they said and did a complete tear off and roofed it all with the shingle of our choice also replaced bad decking which I was not aware of, their crew was able to get it all done in one day, the clean up was amazing I have yet been unable to find one nail in the yard or around the house and garage, I highly recommend West Ky Roofing to any home owner needing a new roof.

  We talked with a few different roofing companies before choosing West KY Roofing for our roof replacement. We were thoroughly impressed with Chad’s knowledge, experience, and communication— all of which are top notch. He broke down the materials his team uses, cost, and expectations through the whole process. Replacement happened all in one day, and the crew was also able to replace screws on the metal roof we have on our shop in addition. Chad stayed on top of everything as well to ensure cleanup was fully completed and any nails that may have fallen were picked up (we have a young child and also animals, so this was a concern).
