The only reason they get a two star review is the sales person was nice and friendly. It's been a month since they came out, I can't get anyone to answer the phone or return my calls, and never received an estimate. I have tried calling …

Amateurs: The workers damaged the decking of our roof while hauling materials. They didn't tell us about it or about their poor patch job to hide it. When I went into our attic, I found scrap OSB board poorly put in place. Something resembling a teenager trying to hide a mistake. When I called the owner to inform him, he acted like I was being unreasonable. That thin OSB is a staple of the roofing industry, instead of the solid plywood on the rest of my roof. After I went to reinforce their mistake, I was told that they would come out to "inspect" my work. But no offer to repair theirs. They threw our gutter guards in the trash with no question of what we wanted done with them. We were compensated $100 off our bill, but to replace them would cost nearly $300. And one of their workers, while playing with a nail gun I assume, shot about 8 nails into one of our landscape timbers. These are untrained low wage workers with no foreman. If you want a roof cheap, go to these guys. If you want one done right, go somewhere else.

We had some storm damage and called Resistant Roofing to come out and take a look. They were quick to respond and confirmed we needed a new roof after an inspection. Danielle took care of all things insurance related and fought insurance to pay for parts they were not going to initially cover. She was also helpful in picking out a roof color that matched the color of our house and would be timeless for years to come. Communication from Audrey and all members of the Resistant team was top notch. Materials arrived the day they said it would and installation was set for the next day, but Mother Nature had other plans with rain, rain, and more rain. They stayed in daily communication on potential installation dates and were apologetic of the weather delays. Installation was a breeze. The team showed up exactly when we were told they would and were very accommodating to us being at home and having to leave and come back several times. Justin stopped by to check in and kept me informed on the work being done and the timeline to completion. After everything was done, the cleanup left no trace they were ever there. The process from start to finish exceeded all of my expectations and made the whole experience painless. Thankful for Audrey and her team!

This group was wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond in making sure our roof was done correctly. To be honest this was a storm repair. The roof had been done previously by a good ole boy. We paid that good ole boy to take off …

Had my roof replaced by Resistant Roofing and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. From start to finish they were professional, on time, and easy to work with. The crew kept everything clean and the attention to detail really shows in the final product. It’s hard to find companies that take pride in their work like this anymore. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done.
