  It is so terribly frustrating watching the woods rot on my carport in 2 different spots as the water leaks in these 2 different spots. We paid integrity to fix the roof. They did put something up there but they did not do it right. They do not stand by their work and now the entire structure is in danger of failing and I just got ripped off for a roof that fails to keep out the rain. I should have known their work would be unreliable when they left their debris and materials in my yard for days and I had to ask them to pick it up. They also took down one of my light fixtures and never put it back up when doing my siding. They charge Top dollar for poor quality

  We totally understand how you feel and would be frustrated too if we had a roof installed and the company wouldn’t come back to fix it . In this case as we previously advised your leak is from the metal roof you had someone else install as noted in the pictures . The white tpo roof we installed is performing as designed . While we have sympathy your frustration is misdirected . We work really hard to honor our word, our work and take care of our customers but it’s unreasonable to expect anyone to warranty someone’s else work.

  We absolutely would love to be able to serve everybody that calls but we realize that’s not always possible. The latest storms have resulted in an unprecedented call volume. It has warmed our hearts that so many people trust us to come and look at their project. Once the waiting list got a few weeks out we felt like we were doing a disservice to our potential customers to have to wait that long. While we always welcome the opportunity to serve more people in these high call volume times we have to tell some people that we couldn’t currently schedule any more appointments until we can meet with them in a reasonable time frame. However, for those willing to wait we offer to put them on a waiting list and will call back to see if they still need our service in a few weeks when we can get to folks in a more timely manner. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we are humbled by the army of people that are willing to wait in line to receive service from Integrity. Again please accept our sincere apology sir that we couldn’t provide service to you this time, I hope you consider us in the future if a need should arise.

  Three phone calls from myself and two phone calls from my husband over the course of two and a half weeks couldn't persuade anyone from this company to even call us back, much less give us a quote. We took our business elsewhere.

Upon further investigation with my representative I discovered that we had tried multiple times to reach you only to realize that both numbers were slightly incorrect.   Mark and Johnny were absolutely wonderful and answered any questions we had. The workers were polite and very efficient. The cleanup crew did a terrific job of restoring our office area. Truly amazing!

  We recently had a tree cause a leak in the the back of our home, from the moment we called Integrity and started working with Paul, all the stress and worry was removed from the process. He was very clear about what our options were and how they would effect the longevity of the entire roof. If we ever need anything roof related they will absolutely be the first call.

  Integrity Roofing saved the day for me. After Best Choice Roofing in Paducah, Kentucky (an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor) failed to professionally and improperly install and ventilate an Owens Corning roof system in compliance with the Kentucky Building Code and Owens Corning manufacturer requirements, Quentin and Beau at Integrity Roofing corrected the defects previously verified in a home inspection report from a home inspector selected and compensated by Best Choice Roofing. At my personal selection, Quentin (sales) and Beau (customer experience) professionally installed a GAF Fortified Roof system that will protect my real estate investment for many years to come including a transferrable warranty for any other future buyers/owners. It is a relief to know my roof system is now compliant with the Kentucky Building Code and GAF installation requirements. Thank you Quentin and Beau for coming to the rescue with your level of professionalism and expertise. The roof looks awesome. Ron and Marti

  We were looking for a company that did roof refresh and were directed to Paul Taylor and Integrity Roofing by a contractor friend of ours. Paul came out did a thorough inspection of our approximately 15-year-old roof to determine if we were a good candidate for Roof Rejuvenation. He reviewed his inspection, all his photos and videos of the roof, any damage present and explained what they could do for us and the cost. We opted to proceed and the job got scheduled much quicker than we expected. Johny and his crew came out to do the repair work ahead of the refresh and completed their part of the job quickly and made sure all debris was removed. Joey and Gunnar came out the next day for the refresh, their second job of the day, and quickly and efficiently completed our job on a hot and sunny day. They also explained what we could expect to occur after the work was finished. We were very pleased to see the streaks and discoloration on the roof almost totally gone. Paul came back out to do a full inspection of the job and made sure we were satisfied with the completed job. We are very pleased with Integrity, the friendliness and professionalism of their entire crew and would happily use and recommend them in the future.

  I had new roof installed in March 2026. Warranty - With all the heavy rain we had in the last month my roof started leaking over my kitchen. Integrity sent a repair crew out to address the issue. Joey, Dayn & Gunnar arrived this morning. They told me that they would not leave until they locate the leak and make the repair. The crew was very professional. After making the repair they retested the area to ensure nothing else was leaking in that area. Thank you Joey, Dayn and Gunner. Next I will need my drywall repaired.

  I recently had a new roof installed by Integrity Roofing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the first conversation with Paul to the final cleanup, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. Paul, Beau, and Jordan took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and completed the job exactly as promised. The workmanship was outstanding, and it was obvious they take great pride in the quality of their work. The crew was punctual, courteous, hardworking, and left my property clean when the project was finished.   I called about a small leak in a hallway. Our roof had been installed by another company, but the owner had retired and his son is getting out of the business. Integrity sent Quentin Meyers out within a day to survey the roof. He did a very thorough job and sent us videos of the issues and the repairs he made. He did the work free in return for a review. Integrity roofing is true to their name and we will recommend the to anyone looking for new roof. Thank you Integrity.
