  ***THIS IS MY ONLY REVIEW*** Other REVIEWS did NOT come from me. My experience with Best Choice Roofing has been devastating. Its been 67 days so far and very little effort to make it right has been made. Corporate was made aware of the situation the DAY DAMAGE WAS DONE. I hired this company to replace the roof on my small café and children’s play area in Metropolis, Illinois. I scheduled the project in March, but work did not begin until June—during the Superman Celebration, one of the most important weekends of the year for my business. After roofing work began, rain entered the building overnight. At 5:40 the next morning, I was notified that my building had sustained extensive water damage. The damage affected both my business and the upstairs apartment, forced my café to close, and resulted in approximately $20,000 in mitigation costs alone. Eight weeks later, my business remains closed. I have lost income, refunded events, continued paying my mortgage and utilities, and personally carried costs resulting from this situation. Despite the seriousness of the damage, communication from Best Choice Roofing has been minimal, and nothing has been paid toward the damages as of the date of this review. I hired a large, established roofing company because I believed I was making the responsible choice and placing my building in experienced hands. Instead, this project has put my small business, my family’s income and everything I worked to build at risk. This review reflects my firsthand experience, supported by photographs, videos, invoices and written communications. I will update it if Best Choice Roofing takes responsibility and resolves the damage. Until then, I cannot recommend this company.

  ​Zero accountability and completely unacceptable work. ​We had a terrible experience with Best Roofing. Immediately after installation, the roof began leaking profusely—far worse than before they started. It took them two weeks just to come assess the issue, during which they no-called, no-showed twice. ​The craftsmanship was atrocious (you can literally see exposed nails sticking out when looking up from the street). While they made empty promises to come back and fix their mistakes, they only ever reached out to demand payment. We ended up having to pay an entirely different contractor just to finish the job correctly. ​Save yourself the headache and money—look elsewhere for your roofing needs I can't even express to you the amount of internal damage that's been done to the house because of the onslaught of rain pouring into it after they put a $25,000 roof on the house. It truly is criminal.

  Best choice was hired to install a roof at a business in Metropolis. They did not secure the roof and left it where rain poured into the building. This was the first of June. The business had damage in flooding upstairs and downstairs. The business has been closed for months due to Best Choice negligence to fix what they did. The family has not recieved any help for fixing their damage. If Best Choice does not fix what they caused at this business then everyone who buys a roof from them could be at risk for the same business practice. Do better and fix the building you all damaged so they can reopen. Show the community you are honorable at fixing what you damaged.

  They were supposed to start on our roof yesterday. No one showed up. Finally someone called and said their truck broke down. They were then supposed to start today. No one showed up. I'm waiting for the phone call giving today's excuse, so I can ask for my deposit back and hire someone else.

  I had a representative knock my door after they spoke to the renters of my rental property. That is the house I grew up in and is very special to me. I knew it needed a new roof more than likely but was thinking I would be a lot out of pocket. The rep walked me through there process and did an amazing job of explaining everything then going the insurance route she was able to get it approved by finding hail damage. Trusting their process saved me more money than I would have ever imagined. The company and woman rep I worked with kept in touch and was great to work with every step of the process. Then the roof installation looked wonderful. I was more than pleased with how amazing it turned out!! Before and after pictures below.

  They were awesome from start to finish. I didn't know what to expect when they knocked on my door at first, but they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and were able to get insurance to cover a majority of the new roof replacement. Would highly recommend these guys.

  Amazing! Best Choice Roofing came prepared and on time for my appointment. They not only inspected my roof but my attic as well. Thank goodness they did or I wouldn't have known I had mold growing in my house! Thank you Best Choice Roofing!
