Very unprofessional. When you fill out their contact form you will receive a relentless amount of back to back calls. But when you reply they disappear. Avoid this faceless “company” and especially their Sherman Oaks office. If one location treats a customer this bad , i must believe they all do! Be suspicious of any good reviews. They must be fake. I should have read about their law suits and BBB complaints before wasting my time!

I got a complete roof replacement, upgrading a 30 yr old roof with wood shingles, in Van Nuys, CA. I am a first time homeowner, just starting out with my first big job with my family and my first kid. As a result I was super sensitive towards pricing, yet did not want to get cheated and wanted to get good work done. The roof was a major big ticket item immediately after buying the home, and I went and got 14-15 quotes (no exaggeration). I thought I had made up my mind. And then Sean happened to ring my bell and ask “Hey I couldn’t help noticing you might need a new roof?” Now usually I don’t like salespersons. I have a no soliciting sign out on my front door, for exactly this kind of a situation. And 9 times out of 10, I would have said no thank you. But something felt different, I know it sounds corny, but I decided to quickly hear Sean out. The 16th quote. Might as well. Sometimes these things work out, many times they don’t. Something just hit right with Sean. How he introduced himself, introduced his company, one of the only 6 platinum rated Owen’s Corning roofers in LA, something about being straight up in the conversation. I could talk more and it will sound like cliches, but I felt I could trust Sean. Well, as they say, I decided to go them. And ai didn’t regret it. I now have one of the best roofs in my neighborhood, backed by a 25 yr long full warranty which includes workmanship. And dealing with Sean, Samir and others was painless. They kept true to their word throughout the process. I didn’t have to worry, and that has a lot of value as a first time homeowner whenever every other contractor is trying to cheat me or do the minimum required. Highly and wholeheartedly recommend.

Thanks to West Coast Roofing LA, my family could enjoy our backyard patio even during a rainy day. No longer will we have to run around looking for buckets to catch water leaking from our roof. They have done tremendous work and professional quality to our patio roof. They did all the demolition and installation in a single day that I hardly notice because they cleaned up like they were never there except for my beautiful new roof. Thank you West Coast Roofing LA!!

I was referred to West Coast Roofing by a property manager who said that he was very satisfied with the work that they did on one of the properties that he manages. Our problem was with a portion of the roof on our house. There were tiles that were very old and we discovered that they were not properly installed. The team from West Coast removed the old tiles, installed new ones, replaced the rotten fascia sections and painted all areas. The team worked very clean, left each day with all equipment and supplies out of sight. I would highly recommend West Coast for any type of roof repair or replacement.

Highly Recommend West Coast Roofing LA! I received several quotes from different roofing companies, and West Coast Roofing LA immediately stood out. When I met with Sean and Aaron, they introduced me to Seal Tech, something I had never heard of before. Not only was it an innovative option, but it was half the cost of every other quote I had received — and it came with a 15-year warranty. That alone was impressive! Throughout the entire installation, my project manager Aaron was absolutely exceptional. He was beyond helpful — always kind, courteous, and consistent with his updates. He made the whole process stress-free and transparent, which I truly appreciated. A huge shoutout to both Sean and Aaron for their professionalism, honesty, and top-tier customer service. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and would recommend West Coast Roofing LA to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price!
