I contacted Henry Brothers Roofing & Construction for help with a leak in my newer roof, and Ian came out first to inspect the problem. He checked the area, explained what he thought was causing the roof leak, and let me know when he would return to take care of it. He showed up right on time, got up on the roof, worked on the trouble spot, and completed the repair quickly. After that, we had some rain in Sylmar, which was a solid test for the repair. Based on the results, the leak appears to be fixed and the roofing work was successful. I am very happy with the service. Ian was professional, followed through on what he said, returned as promised, and got the job done. That is true five-star customer service, and it is not something you see often.

If you want a top roofer in Sylmar, this is the team to call. After speaking with several roofing contractors, brett and ian clearly stood out. There was no sales pressure at all, just honest roofing advice and clear answers. brett came out, got up on the roof, checked the condition carefully, and talked with me about what i wanted and what the roof needed. After that, i received a detailed quote by email that explained the full roofing scope in simple terms. It covered items like metal flashing, new penetration flashing for pipes and goosenecks, matching paint work, shingle replacement, cleanup, and a solid workmanship warranty. The estimate was easy to follow and gave me confidence that the job would be done the right way. The roofing crew did excellent work on the tear-off and reroof, and the new shingles look great. They worked efficiently, kept the project organized, and paid attention to the details from start to finish. The office staff were also very helpful whenever i had questions about scheduling, materials, or the process. i appreciated how smooth everything felt from inspection to final completion. This is a dependable family roofing company with strong workmanship, good communication, and a professional team. I am very happy with my new roof and would recommend them to anyone in Sylmar who needs roofing services.

I highly recommend this roofing company, not just for the work they could have done, but for the honest roofing advice they gave. Ian came out to inspect a gutter that was overflowing during rain and causing big mud puddles near the porch. …

I was getting quotes for our roof replacement and called for an estimate. cameron and malachi showed up right on time, and cameron got up on the second-story roof to inspect the shingles, flashing, and gutters. He gave us a great price, and we also decided to add gutter guards. Very happy with the final result. The whole roofing job was finished in one day, and he stayed on site supervising the crew and taking care of any concerns i had. I would highly recommend them. Very friendly people, easy to work with, and the cleanup was done well too. Plus, malachi even brought us some homemade banana bread, which was a really nice touch.

They put on our roof when the house was first built, and it has lasted a long time with very solid protection. Recently, after some strong wind, a few shingles came loose, so I called for a roof repair. Each time I reached out, their crew responded very fast, with one visit happening within a couple of hours and the next visits within a day. That kind of quick roofing service is hard to find. They were professional, helpful, and made the shingle replacement process easy. Based on how well the roof has held up and how quickly they handled the repairs, I plan to use them again for a full roof replacement in the future.

professional from the roof repair estimate to the final inspection of the work. henry brothers roofing & construction gave a fair, expected price and made the whole process easy. i would definitely use them again because i trust them to handle roofing work the right way the first time. when i called them back to check a previous repair, they honored the warranty and did an excellent job fixing the old leak and also catching a new leak before it became a bigger issue. the materials and labor were priced very reasonably, and the quality of the workmanship really stood out. the crew was honest, dependable, and easy to work with, and the repair left the roof in much better shape. i could not have asked for a better result and would gladly call them again for any future roofing needs.

I had Henry Brothers Roofing & Construction replace my old roof shingles, and i was extremely pleased with the whole process. From the detailed estimate to the final cleanup, everything moved quickly and smoothly. i appreciated the strong work ethic, clear communication, and the quality roofing materials they used. Brett answered all my questions right away, and i felt informed during every step of the roof replacement. Ian coordinated the job seamlessly, and the crew did an excellent job removing two layers of worn shingles, installing new high quality shingles, and leaving the property clean when they finished. The team was professional, on time, and easy to work with, and i would highly recommend this roofing crew to anyone needing dependable roof work.

After my earlier review of the estimate process, i hired Henry Brothers Roofing & Construction for roofing-related exterior work, including new gutters, soffit, fascia, and repairs tied into the roofline. Before the job began, communication about the schedule was clear and helpful, and malachi kept everything easy to follow. The crew on site did an excellent job from start to finish. A few parts of the project needed to be adjusted because of my property needs, and the team found smart ways to keep costs down by removing items that were not really needed. That honesty meant a lot. The work moved along quickly, but it still felt careful and professional. cameron and the crew paid attention to detail, cleaned up well, and made sure the gutter and fascia work matched the roof area properly. Everything looks great and is working very well so far. With the hot weather and strong sun we get in CA, it was important to have solid exterior materials and proper water drainage, and this project gave me peace of mind. i would absolutely use them again for another roofing or roofline project and would recommend them to anyone wanting quality workmanship. I also give five stars for how friendly and respectful the crew was the whole time. They answered all my random questions, explained the roofing and gutter process in simple terms, and made the experience feel easy. The estimate process was also excellent. cameron was knowledgeable, respectful, and very informative. After getting unclear answers elsewhere, I got straightforward advice that helped me understand the best value for my home. It felt personal, honest, and professional, and I came away very happy with both the information and the finished work.
