My experience with Roofing Perfectionists was excellent from the start when i spoke with Micah to schedule a roof inspection. she was friendly, helpful, and quick to get everything set up. Justin was also very easy to talk with and made the whole process simple. When he came out to inspect our roof, he showed strong knowledge about roofing, leak repair, flashing, and shingle condition, and he helped me think through the best options to improve the roof without overspending. He was very thorough during the inspection and took the time to check the problem areas carefully. At no point did i feel rushed. he explained what needed attention, what could wait, and what the most practical repair choices were. I really appreciated his honest approach because he did not try to sell me a full roof replacement when a targeted leak patch and repair would solve the issue for now. The whole experience felt professional, straightforward, and focused on what was best for our home. It gave me confidence that when it is time for a full reroof, this is the team i would trust for the work. Their customer service, roof knowledge, and fair guidance made a big difference.

i highly recommend this roofing team in Panorama City. i recently had my roof replaced, and finding the right roofer at first felt overwhelming. I researched many roofing contractors and contacted about 10 companies, but this team stood out because the service felt personal and honest. justin came out, completed the estimate on the spot, and took extra time to sit down with me and explain everything in simple terms. He went over the recommended roofing work, why it was needed, and used photos to clearly show the condition of the roof and the proposed repairs. The whole crew was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. They kept me informed about scheduling, materials, and what to expect during the roofing project. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, which helped keep disruption to our home to a minimum. After the roof replacement, they were also very helpful with follow-up adjustments related to the gutters. overall, it was a smooth experience with a professional roofing contractor, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

I picked this roofing company after reading a lot of strong reviews, and my experience showed those comments were true. The roof quote was fair and close to another estimate I had received before, and it also included an upgraded shingle option, which added more value. My roof is large, steep, and had two old layers of shingles, so it was a big roofing job, but the crew handled the tear-off and installation very well. The whole reroof was finished in one long day, which really impressed me. The crew worked hard, kept the project moving, and did a great job cleaning the yard when they were done. They made sure nails and debris were removed, and the property looked neat after the roofing work was completed. Justin returned for a final inspection, spotted a small item that needed attention, and had it fixed right away the next day. Even the minor lawn impact from the roofing process was repaired quickly. It is not easy to find a roofer in Panorama City who follows through, communicates clearly, and stands behind the work, especially with the sun and heat in CA putting extra stress on a roof. This company did exactly what they promised, used quality shingles, and made the whole roof replacement process smooth and dependable. That kind of honesty and follow-through means a lot to me.

What a great experience working with this roofing team. We needed a roof replacement because of leaks in our shingles, and after looking at our options we chose a metal roofing system. They responded within hours and quickly set up an inspection in Panorama City. We had excellent communication the whole time, and Justin answered our questions right away and made the process easy to understand. The roofing crew was polite, professional, and worked efficiently while paying close attention to the details. They handled the tear-off, installation, and gutter work smoothly, and the cleanup was outstanding with no mess left behind. The new roof and gutters look fantastic and have really improved the look of our home. The whole project felt simple, organized, and stress-free, and the final result turned out even better than we expected.

One word—Ashton. He works hard, charges a fair price, and gives helpful advice after the roof repair. Two other large roofing companies wanted about double to fix a simple roof leak, but Ashton was able to come out faster than anyone else, which gave me peace of mind about the lower quote. He fixed the leak in about fifteen minutes, showed me photos of the completed work, and even re-caulked some flashing and my skylights at no extra cost. In Panorama City, it is not easy to find a roofer this honest, skilled, and responsive. This was the only roofing repair job I have ever tipped for, and one of the best service decisions I have made.

They replaced our roof and skylights a while back, and the skylights have stayed completely leak-free. More recently, a large tree branch came down during a storm and cracked one of the skylights. Ashton came out to inspect the damage and ended up handling the replacement smoothly. He was able to get a matching skylight ordered, and the install was done with very little hassle. After the latest rain and wind, everything has held up great with no leaks at all. The roofing work, skylight replacement, and overall service were reliable, professional, and easy from start to finish. I m very happy with the service and would gladly recommend them for roof and skylight work.

I had been looking for a reliable roofer for quite a while before I found Roofing Perfectionists. I reached out through HomeAdvisor and Micah responded very quickly. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly very knowledgeable about roof repair and leak issues. He explained the roofing work in simple terms, gave me a fair quote, and the pricing was very reasonable. The crew handled the roof repair fast and professionally, and even though I was not home and never met Micah in person, I felt confident my property was being taken care of. They were respectful, dependable, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. After the repair, we had several strong rains in Panorama City, and the leak is completely gone. The workmanship was solid, and it is clear they take pride in doing quality roofing work. I would definitely recommend them and would gladly use them again for any future roofing needs.
