  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Our roof is complete junk - the overhang is more than it should be, shingles aren't adhering and flopping up in the wind and there is a hump in 1 section - they say this is all normal. They also tore off our gutter guards without asking us, which we did not want done, and now won't do anything for us in regards to replacing them. They're communication is terrible - their employee told us certain things and now they won't take account for their employee. Be warned - do not go with this company!

  Christian did great estimate & dealing with insurance/claim. Very simple process. John P(foreman), did a through job on making sure everything was completed & we were happy. The crews worked extremely hard.

  Recently I had issues with hail damage to my roof. Logan with West Bend Construction was professional through the entire process. My roof was replaced, and the installation is high quality, effort and care were taken to trimming edges of shingles, as well as flashing around chimneys. price was lower than expected. The team led by John P worked from sun up to sun down to ensure the roof was completed on time. All milestones and deadlines were exceeded. After some bad experiences with contractors in the area, West Bend Construction was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!

  West Bend did a great job. They communicated well and showed up on time. They worked quickly and did a great job on the roof and gutter installation. They then cleaned up well after they finished.

  John P and the crew did a great job. They were quick and professional, picked up any mess and completed all the final details. Alex was a pleasure to work with and he gave us a condition report explaining the underlying problems with our building(s). Great job guys!

  John P. was incredible to work with. He kept us informed with what was going on and what needed to be done. The communication is very important to us, and he did that! I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend to people about your company and the workers. You would never know anyone was working by us, everything is cleaned up and best of all….. we love our house.   John P and crew did an excellent job. Tear off, new roof and clean up in just around 4 hours. John even installed in new rain barrel in the new downspout he onstalled

  West Bend Construction ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ - A A A As a Professional Engineer (P.E.) with more than 40 years of experience specializing in facilities management, it is my highest recommendation to contact and work with West Bend Construction (WBCN). Of the four (4) roofing companies I spoke with, WBCN was the firm that best listened to and addressed my technical design concerns. They broke out costs in an understandable format. Our home, consists of a complicated French mansard roof, twice the shingled surface of a similar sized house, six dormers required custom flashing, 3 skylights, 2 powered exhaust fans, 8 other vents, and flat upper portions required ‘ice & water underlayment’; the was work done by an experienced construction team. Foreman John Phalan, exceeded my timeline & quality expectations. John followed up with three additional site visits to ensure every detail was met and I was satisfied. With the new roof done, it stands out in the neighborhood, people stop by to ask about it. WBCN worked for it and delivered. Ken Dantoin, P.E. West Bend, WI

  All the work WestBend Construction did to my roof 4years ago after it was ripped apart by a bad storm has held up .I could not of asked for better people to have done the job they keeped me informed all the way to the end .they were done …

  West Bend Construction was a super smart choice when it came to handling our large 7-building roof replacement project. From our first meeting with their sales representative, Andrew (who's since moved on), to the current Project Manager, John P. was comforting to know we made the correct choice. The time and effort that Andrew put in to help us through the insurance claim portion of the project was very detailed and thorough. The outstanding onsite communication by John P. was top notch too. A great guy to work with. There were a lot of moving parts to this project and the hard work of the crew and John P. was evident. Our buildings look fantastic! Cleanup was done well throughout the course of their work. I would recommend checking this company out for your roofing project, or more.
