  Great guys who did a wonderful job on the roof replacement! However, dealing with their office billing department was very frustrating. Even after notifying them, I had all the funds for payment, they continued to bill my insurance company instead of me. I did not even realize I owed them more money, until I called them about an additional invoice/payment for tearing off the second layer of shingles - that came through much later. That’s when I learned that there was still a balance outstanding. If they would’ve invoiced me as I told them (via email & a phone call), they would’ve had their payment. The worst of it was, they initially tried to point the finger of blame at me. And then tell me I was out of line when I got upset. Whoever does the accounts receivable, is not organized.

  Would give zero stars if it were an option. Do not hire. Ruined two of my relatives houses roofs, unprofessional, never fixed properly, had to hire separate company to come fix.

  There were some issues with your mothers place Lindsey, but we certainly did fix the issue and it is regrettable it took more than one trip. I did extend a discount and apologize. Our manufacture also gave her a sizable check after testing of the sealant. There was no reason for your mother to hire another contractor, as we corrected the problem to her roof. We fully warranty our work as well as our manufacture. I don't know of another issue with another family member of yours, but if they contact us we will do our best to resolve whatever issue they have. Unless its misinformation like the comment you made above that we ruined your mothers roof. I also didn't charge your mother any interest for not paying us for almost two years in the amount of $10,000 plus attorneys fees to recoup the money.

  The company was great to work with. The roofers worked hard and were done in one day. Definitely recommend. We really needed a new roof. Weather had done a number.

  Thank you to Cody C (Right Choice Improvement authorized representative and manager) and Brady M (project coordinator) for their excellent service. They answered all my questions about the roofing replacements, and overall the job was very well done and was done quickly. The roofing looks great!

  The whole insurance process from start to finish was very smooth. Carlos was great to work with at the start and Dustin led the team with the roof replacement. Everyone was very transparent through everything, no hidden costs or fees. I would recommend this company to others.

  Just got our roof replaced by Right Choice Improvements Roofing company and I’m glad I made the right choice to get the roof done by them. I’m impressed with their group of hardworking roofers who did thorough job and stayed till late cleaning the yard, making sure property was clean and safe. Brady Mazhan, the project lead was just great, upfront with what to expect and explained the process in detail and made sure everything is done well while keeping us updated. Very impressed with this company and would recommend to all.

  From the initial inspection to instillation, I found the Right Choice team transparent, professional, and dedicated. They did what they promised in terms of the roofing and chimney removal. In addition, they cleaned up after themselves.

  I feel like I was lucky this company's rep came to my door after a bad hail storm. Some work had not been covered initially by insurance so Right Choice contacted them and got those items covered. The day of the install was beastly hot and humid yet the crew worked on. I especially liked the way they cared for my property. The old shingles went right into a truck. Unlike my friend's roofers who didn't seem to care and smashed a few plants, they did not harm even one perennial in my garden! My neighbor's roofers had shingles all over the yard. When Right Choice was done, the only difference on my property was the new roof. I can't recommend these guys enough!

  The company was very helpful in navigating the process of an insurance claim for hail damage. The crew showed up on the date and time as promised. They were respectful of the property, and had the roof tearoff, replacement, and ground cleanup done by 2:30pm. Brady even came by the next day to do another sweep of the grounds to pick up any remaining debris. Very satisfied with the quality of the crew and their work.
