  We are very happy with our experience! From the very beginning, Roofers Roofing was absolutely amazing. They helped us throughout the entire insurance process, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. Their communication was excellent, they were professional and dependable, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. When it came time for the roof installation, the crew did an outstanding job. They were efficient, respectful of our property, and the finished roof looks fantastic!   I contacted Roofers Roofing after discovering a leak on my ceiling. I contacted them late in the day on a Saturday and within 30 minutes, they returned my call and discussed the problem, looked at a few photos and promptly scheduled for somebody to come out to look the very next day. They have a unique way of introducing you to the person they are sending to your home so it removes any awkwardness for first time face to face introductions. The person they sent was extremely courteous and took great care to not bump or nick anything with the ladder he needed to bring in to my home to look in the attic. The problem was identified and some options were presented to me for repairs. The amount of photos he had taken to show me the problem was incredible and really nailed down that this company pays attention to detail. I believed based on the information provided, a new roof was probably in order given the age of mine. I asked for a quote to replace which was then ready by the next day. The same person then came to my home to discuss the quote and explained how they would build my new roof. He even brought samples of the materials that they would be using so I knew what I would be paying for. During our conversation he used the photos he had taken to help explain the process. While he was doing that, he then noticed that there was some build up in my gutters. Once he was done going over the quote, he then said that he would like to go around and clear out some of those spots in our gutters. Once he finished the gutters he provided photos showing that they were totally clear. It looked like he actually wiped them clean as well. He went above and beyond with MY best interest in mind. I would 100% recommend this company to any family and friends.

  I wanted to share my appreciation for the outstanding service I received recently. The owner came out on a Sunday to inspect a roof leak, which was incredibly accommodating. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, making sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. During the inspection, they identified several areas that needed to be caulked, even providing the caulk free of charge. It was impressive to see such commitment to service and genuine care for the customer's needs. The experience was positive from start to finish, and I truly felt I was in good hands. I’ll definitely be reaching out to them again whenever I need assistance in the future.
