This builder does subpar work. He doesn't build per plan or per code and will not take responsibility for his actions. I highly DO NOT recommend! Stay as far away as you can.

I met Zachary for a quote on my roof after yellow jacket nests got in through openings near the ceiling, and it quickly showed me how many roofing shortcuts had been taken before. The drip edge was not lapped right, there were too many exposed gaps, the soffit was damaged, the fascia was lifting, and shingles had been blowing off. I got several roofing estimates, and some felt questionable while others were far too expensive for the work needed. A painter I trust recommended company: Wellness Roof's Inc. Zachary was honest, fair, and reasonably priced, and he did what he said he would do. His crew worked hard, stayed focused, and handled the roof repair and replacement with real skill. They explained the problem areas in simple terms, sealed up the vulnerable spots, and made sure the roof system looked solid and clean when finished. In warm weather, having a dependable roof with proper ventilation and secure materials really matters, and that gave me peace of mind. Getting a new roof is stressful, but the whole process went smoothly from the first inspection to the final cleanup. Zachary stayed involved from start to finish, answered questions, and made sure everything was done right. I am a senior woman and very picky, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

Zachary and Theodore have always done an excellent job for me and for many of my clients in the home financing business. Zachary is very responsive and goes out of his way to inspect possible roof repairs quickly, so homeowners can make fast, practical decisions about roofing and gutter work. Theodore is easy to work with and communicates clearly about scheduling, project details, and timing. They make the whole roofing process smooth, professional, and stress-free. I highly recommend them for roof repair, roof inspections, gutter work, and other roofing needs in Palmdale.

Wellness Roof's Inc. worked on my home's roof before, improving the ridge cap where it was too narrow and letting water get in. They also handled a service visit and fixed a few small roofing issues around the house. Because the roof was …

I reached out for a roof inspection on our aging roof, which is around 20 years old. Since it has 30-year shingles, we did not expect to find much, but after hearing about another roof inspection that uncovered problems, we decided it was smart to have ours checked too. That turned out to be a great decision because they found a few roofing repairs that needed attention before they became bigger issues. Dale and Leonard came out to inspect the roof and were professional, helpful, and easy to talk with. While they were there, I was dealing with a client in Palmdale who needed urgent roof repairs done quickly so a property sale could keep moving forward. The situation was stressful, and timing really mattered. I asked if they could help with that roof repair job as well, and they went out of their way to adjust their roofing schedule. After finishing our roof inspection, they responded fast and handled the repair work the same day. Their crew identified the actual problem areas on the roof, completed the needed repairs efficiently, and avoided unnecessary extra work. I really appreciated their honest approach, fair pricing, and strong knowledge of shingles, flashing, and general roofing repair. They helped prevent delays and made a difficult situation much easier. I would gladly give Dale, Leonard, and the roofing team a 5-star plus review. I also appreciate that they were willing to help even when I first assumed the property might be outside their normal service area. I will definitely keep recommending them for roof inspections, roof repairs, and dependable roofing service in Palmdale.

I was very happy with the roofing service from Wellness roof's Inc. Angel and the crew were professional, quick, and easy to work with from start to finish. They knew the roofing and insurance process well, explained each step in simple terms, and made the whole job feel smooth and stress free. What stood out most to me was the help with choosing the right shingle color to match my brick and the new gutter system, which really improved the look of my home. They also gave helpful advice about materials that work well in warm CA weather and added value to the overall roof upgrade. After the roof work was finished, the cleanup was excellent. My yard was left neat, and there was no roofing debris left behind. I had been concerned about possible damage around the house, but the crew took special care while working and protected the property well. Everything looked great when they were done. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a roof replacement, new shingles, gutters, or a full exterior improvement for their home.

theodore came out and explained the whole roofing process to us in a clear, simple way. he also handled the insurance communication like a champ, which made the roof claim and paperwork much easier on our side. theodore got our project scheduled quickly and efficiently, and we ended up with a beautiful new roof, well-installed rain gutters, and a new garage door. zachary, the garage door installer, did a fantastic job and made sure everything was working smoothly before finishing up. the rain gutter installation also turned out great, with clean lines and solid workmanship that fits the roof system well. even though i was not home during that part of the job, the final result looked excellent and professional. all in all, i highly recommend this local roofing company. it means a lot to work with a crew in palmdale that knows the area, understands local weather conditions like strong sun, wind, and seasonal storms, and stands behind their work after the job is done. we have seen many out-of-area contractors come through after storms, but this team was reliable, responsive, and committed from start to finish. they delivered quality roofing work, good communication, and dependable service throughout the entire project.

If you need roof repair or roofing service, this is the team to call. After a bad storm, our roof had damage and we heard good things from neighbors who had their roof fixed by this crew. They responded fast, showed up on time, and handled the roof repair smoothly from start to finish. Leonard was the main contact on our project and made sure every part of the work was done right for our home. The crew paid close attention to detail, worked efficiently, and stayed professional the whole time. They also explained the process clearly, kept the job site clean, and made the entire roofing experience easy and stress free. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the service we received.

My experience was one of a kind since this was the first roof i ever bought, a metal 5v system, and even though the install took a little longer than expected, the extra wait made sense and was worth it. Now that the roof is on, i really could not be happier with the results. Wellness roof's Inc. kept the process simple, and while there were not a lot of custom options, that actually gave me more confidence because they clearly know roofing, ventilation, flashing, and how to build a roof that will last in hot weather and strong storms. They were honest, did not upcharge me for anything, improved my roof’s performance, and listened to every concern i had even when they were already ahead of it. zachary and the crew were easy to trust, and i would choose them again because of their fair price, solid workmanship, and reliable service.
