Serna Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Serna Roofing.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Misrepresentation of Roof Size & Unprofessional Conduct I do not recommend Serna Roofing Company. The owner overstated my roof size from approximately 1,900 sq ft to nearly 2,500 sq ft—an inflation of over 20%, which would have significantly increased the project cost. When I questioned the discrepancy, he became defensive and avoided addressing it directly. I requested that we measure the roof together, and once we did, it confirmed that my original measurement was correct. Rather than acknowledging the error, he deflected responsibility and became increasingly unprofessional. Shortly after, he stated he was no longer interested in providing an estimate. It appears that once the inflated measurements could no longer be used to justify higher pricing, he chose to walk away. This experience raised serious concerns about honesty, transparency, and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to verify all measurements independently if considering this company.

Thank you for your feedback. Serna Roofing is a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience in the industry. We take great pride in our work and hold honesty and transparency to the highest standard in every project we take on. Regarding your concerns, I did remeasure the roof and confirmed that the measurements remained consistent. I made a genuine effort to address your questions and ensure everything was clear. However, the reason I ultimately chose not to move forward with the project was due to the lack of respect and the tone of our interaction. We do not tolerate rude or disrespectful communication, as we believe professionalism must go both ways. We wish you the best with your project.

Very Professional. Antonio made sure he addressed all of my questions as he explained the process and materials that were going to be used on my roof. I really appreciate the before and after photos of my roof. Serna Roofing stayed on schedule from start to finish. Great job and price!

Our experience was very positive. Everything was explained beforehand (materials, pricing, different options on quality, and the total process). The price was competitive and straightforward. The job was done very quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Serna Roofing. When an urgent issue arose with my attic vent on a Friday evening, Antonio promptly responded, arriving the very next morning to replace the vent and expertly repair two broken tiles. Their rapid response and quality workmanship ensure I will exclusively choose Serna Roofing for any future roof repair needs. I highly recommend Serna Roofing.
