Stefanie is so nice! She is absolutely professional and has very good prices. She was reliable, on time, and was patient being that this was my first time dealing with a problem like having a leaky roof. I was so happy with her work that I even referred her to my niece. I would definitely do business with Stefanie again.

Preferred One Roofing did a great job on my roof a couple of weeks ago. I had my roof replaced over the garage and a skylight replaced. I've used Stefanie in the past, and my parents have too. I would recommend Preferred One Roofing to anybody.

Ms. Stephanie, she came through at a very pivotal time for my husband and I… We had a leak problem that started on Christmas Eve and unfortunately our home warranty was no help. After a longggggg search for roofers who either didn’t call back, schedule appointments and then did a no call no show or they’d call back a week later to schedule a new appointment like nothing happened, or like one roofer who gave a quote for almost $9K (who was going to sneak and do a full roof replacement after my husband told him to only repair the issue), I finally told my aunt what was going on, on superbowl Sunday and she referred us to Ms. Stephanie. I called her the next day and she immediately set up an appointment. She was sick and unable to make the appointment what she did do was gave us the common courtesy to let us know ahead of time and offered to beat any quote we were given because she felt awful she couldn’t make the first appointment. Listen, she had me the fact that she called me BEFOREHAND to let me know she couldn’t make it. We rescheduled, she came, and babyyyyy she got up on that roof like the pro she is and asked me what the lowest quote we received was and when we told her, she was just as confused as we were 🤣. She quoted us a prices that was like music to our ears and very affordable… my husband asked her to put up some type of wiring to keep the pigeons out of our solar panels, she went right back up there and exceeded our expectations… when I say, we are soooo glad that she chose us as much as we chose her, we have not had an issue since she put those magic fingers to work. Oh and get this, she check in on us a few weeks later just to see if the roof was good (the birds) and if we’ve experienced any other issues. Never been so eager to say “no issues were good”. So grateful for her, definitely recommend and she is in my contact if we need her in the future.
