They did an excellent job on my roof replacement. I had used them before for a hail damage roof project, and they added several energy-saving roofing upgrades that worked very well. For the most recent reroof, I picked a lighter shingle color, and with the improved roof ventilation and attic airflow, the attic stays close to the outdoor temperature, which has been impressive in the warm weather. They also handled other exterior repairs related to the storm damage, including gutters, windows, chimney cap, fence, and mailbox items. It was very helpful to have one roofing contractor take care of the roof system and the other repairs instead of dealing with multiple companies. The whole process was smooth, convenient, and much easier for me.

i want to thank Maximum Roofing Builders, especially duane and nathan, for coming out to my mother s house on short notice for a roofing leak. We got a recommendation from a friend after an active roof leak showed up during a storm, and they responded the same evening. They took clear photos, brought several tarps, got up on the roof fast, and did what they could right away to stop more water damage and protect the home. They also explained the insurance claim process in simple steps, answered every question, and made the whole roofing job feel easy from start to finish. after that, we were mostly hands off while everything was handled in a professional way. Once the payment was ready, duane and jaime showed up early with their crew on install day and finished the roof replacement with great speed and care. the cleanup was solid, the communication was clear, and the new roof looks great. they really went above and beyond, and i would gladly recommend them for roof repair, emergency tarping, or a full roof install.

They did an excellent job with the new gutters and roofing-related work at my home. When Nathan came out for the estimate, he noticed we were putting in a new front garden and took the time to understand the area around the roofline and …

We found a leak in our ceiling after some rough weather and reached out for roofing help. Duane was the quickest to respond and came out right away to inspect the roof and find the source of the problem. He clearly explained the damage, went over the needed roof repair, and provided a detailed breakdown of the work and cost. The whole process was smooth, professional, and easy to understand. The crew scheduled the repair quickly, completed the roofing work on time, and made sure everything was sealed up properly. Since the repair, the roof has been holding up great with no more leaks. I really appreciated the honest communication, attention to detail, and reliable service. I would definitely recommend this roofing company to anyone in Palmdale needing roof leak repair or roofing work.

I was really impressed with how on-time and organized the roofing crew was. They showed up early, got right up on the roof, and worked efficiently from start to finish. The gutter installation was scheduled clearly, and the team arrived as promised, started right away, and finished the work in a reasonable amount of time. During the job, they noticed the equipment from a previous setup was meant for a smaller gutter size, so they upgraded my home to a larger gutter system at no extra hassle. That turned out to be a great improvement for roof drainage and overall function. The final painting and touch-up work was a small part of the project, but it was handled quickly and cleanly with no problems. Overall, the whole roofing and gutter job was smooth, professional, and well done.

This was the best roofing experience we could have asked for with Maximum Roofing Builders. We first connected with Jaime at a home improvement event, and he guided us through the whole roof insurance claim process and made it much easier to work with the adjuster. In a short time, we had a beautiful new roof and gutters installed. The crew was professional, showed strong roofing knowledge, communicated clearly, and did a great job cleaning up the property when the work was finished. Jaime also returned for a final roof inspection to make sure everything was done right. From start to finish, it was a true 5-star experience, and we would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

Maximum Roofing Builders completed a full exterior remodel on our home, with the roofing work being a major part of the project. The job included a new roof, siding, wrapped window trim, a bay window replacement, soffit, gutters, chimney and roof flashing corrections, a patio door replacement, and fascia repairs after moving the electric meter. Nathan and the crew did a very good job from start to finish at a fair price. Everything came out looking clean and professional, and the work was finished on time. I was especially happy with how well the siding turned out, how neatly the trim was wrapped, and how the roofing details around the chimney and roof joints were handled. They also made sure the gutters were set up properly for drainage and that the fascia and soffit tied in well with the new roof line. There were a couple of small items that needed adjustment during the project, like gutter downspouts being placed on the wrong side at first and the window shutters needing to be moved, but the crew fixed everything right away without any hassle. They stayed responsive, paid attention to detail, and did what was needed to make sure we were satisfied with the final result. Overall, we are very pleased with the workmanship, communication, and the quality of the finished roofing and exterior work.
