Wegner Roofing and Solar called me out of the blue. Typically, I don’t answer phone calls from numbers I don’t know, but for some reason I answered their call, and I’m glad I did! They offered a free inspection with the recent storms. What I liked was the outreach, not waiting for someone to call them. While everyone wants business, I think the way they do it is the best customer service. Mike Zorn came out and walked through everything even though my house didn’t have damage. He still stayed and explained what I should look for and was honest about everything and wasn’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need today, but rather I felt he was building a client relationship, which is important to me. I will give someone my business because of their customer service and to a business that I feel genuinely cares about their clients, which I believe is Wagner Roofing. 100% recommend them to anyone who needs help now or in the future. I’ll be keeping their card for my future needs and already saved their number in my phone. Thank you, Mike, for all your time and help today! Your personality and kindness made it a wonderful experience and impression to last! You and Wegner are greatly appreciated!
