  Met Jake while he was at a neighbors doing work. Jake offered a free estimate after a tree fell on my house during the storm. He was great and even cleaned some of the stuff out of the gutters. Highly recommend.

  Working with jake. He is helping me go through the scope of damage to my home after the storm on the 19th. I never thought homeowners claims could be this complicated. So grateful for his help. Watch out for companies that aren’t local!! Check ids. A lot of out of state guys coming in that I would never want to work with.

  Great company to work with. Put on my roof in less than two weeks. I had a minor issue they addressed it immediately and treated me right. I’m glad jake knocked on my door and explained how beneficial it would be to file a claim after the hail storm we had.

  Jake, stoped by and helped me with my insurance Claim after a big storm we had last week he met with my adjustor and got me a bunch of money on my claim. He found a bunch of dings in my shop doors and my garage doors that I didn't even know were there. I'm really glad he helped me out with my adjustment and made the insurance process.Real, nice and easy, very professional, easy to work with.

Multi-Scope Exterior Renovation Management: How Trinity Exteriors Coordinates Roofing, Siding, and Windows Together Trinity Exteriors manages multi-scope exterior renovation projects for homeowners across the Twin Cities Metro, Rochester MN, Bismarck, and Grand Forks ND who are replacing two or more exterior systems simultaneously. The sequencing of a combined roofing, siding, and window project is not simply additive; each scope affects the others in ways that require coordination to avoid rework. Roofing is completed first to establish a weathertight envelope. Window installation follows, with rough opening flashing integrated into the exposed wall before siding covers the sheathing. Siding is installed last, integrating with the finished window trim and the completed roofline. Executing these scopes out of sequence or with separate contractors creates flashing conflicts, trim mismatches, and caulk joint failures at system intersections that are difficult and costly to correct after the fact.
