Regarding your roof: The majority of the buckling you've noticed appears to be related to existing frame and decking unevenness in your garage rather than installation issues. The shingles along the roof-to-wall edge expanded with heat after fall installation, which is normal. We proudly honor all of our lifetime workmanship warranties and have already scheduled our lead installer to address these minor adjustments. Regarding communication: I maintained consistant communication with your husband whether I was here in Bismarck or over seas during our off season, including discussions just days before this review was posted. We pride ourselves on accessibility and responsive service, so we're surprised by your communication concerns. Regarding gutters: After completing your roof, we waited as per your request for your decision about painting the fascia boards, which needed to be done before the gutter installation. Once you decided not to proceed with your painting project after several months, we immediately scheduled the gutter installation, weather permitting. Things definitely move slower in the dead of winter when it’s 20 below zero.. The gutters have been pitched correctly for proper drainage despite the existing structural irregularities. We have documentation of your husband's satisfaction with the completed project, including messages from the day it was completed. The additional materials left on your property are standard practice to provide you with resources for any future minor repairs. We do find this review to be inconsistent with our experience working with you, as we helped increase your insurance claim value, worked with you on selective services to accommodate your financial needs surrounding your high deductible, and performed the work to your husband's s

  The owner dragged us along for a year in a half telling us they would do the job on our roof but they never did while water was leaking into our house. Edit: you guys changed your name to escape the fact that you're not all that great.

  They are working on our apartment building and garages we couldn't be outside with them we had over hundred nails we picked up so our 2 year old or other kids wouldn't step on it. One of the workers almost hit my vehicle when I got home from work. They don't clean up there mess until it's dark which means how are you supposed to pick up all the nails your throwing off

  We had someone come out to our house in August to look at damage from a storm. He stated that he would get the information to our insurance company and start the process. We haven't heard anything from them since and our insurance company hasn't either. When I call, I always have to leave a message and shockingly, never hear back.

  Worst place ever! Over a year and still haven't gotten done doing business with them. Poor management and no care for their customers. I would tell anyone to RUN from this poorly operated junk of a business!!

  Difficult client to work for. It took months of work behind the scenes to get Insurmace on board for the proper solutions. The roof got done right away of course because insurance approved it. Siding is naturally more delayed because of crew availability and it takes longer to work out the details with the adjuster. This Client ‘s project turned out beautifully and we’ve heard no complaints from them. I’m also assuming this review was left by my client’s wife because we only have this LAST name in our system.

  Title: Beware of Capital Exteriors - A Disastrous Experience I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Capital Exteriors for a home improvement project, and I feel compelled to share my terrible encounter to warn others. From start to finish, my interaction with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, their customer service was abysmal. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone from their team, and when I did manage to reach them, they were unresponsive, dismissive, and lacked basic professionalism. It seemed as though they had no regard for their customers' concerns or needs. The quality of work provided by Capital Exteriors was shockingly poor. The project was riddled with mistakes, shoddy craftsmanship, and subpar materials. It was evident that their workers lacked the necessary skills and expertise to complete the job to a satisfactory standard. The end result was not only unsightly but also structurally compromised, leaving me with additional repair costs. Furthermore, the project was significantly delayed, far beyond the promised timeline. Capital Exteriors consistently failed to meet their own deadlines, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. Their lack of punctuality and failure to communicate effectively only added to the overall disappointment. To make matters worse, Capital Exteriors displayed a complete lack of accountability. When confronted with the numerous issues and concerns, they deflected blame, made excuses, and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. It was clear that they prioritized profit over customer satisfaction, leaving me feeling cheated and taken advantage of. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering Capital Exteriors to steer clear of this company. Their poor customer service, substandard workmanship, and lack of accountability make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice for any home improvement project.   This is a fake review. The only Ray Smith we have in our data base is a client that never hired us. We did some free consulting and estimating. More than doubling Ray’s Insurance claim value, and no charge for that service because ultimately, we were not able to achieve getting the insurance company to pay the specific work he needed done. So all we could do was give him a cash estimate for the work which he refused. Contractors beware working with this client because when he did not get his way he threatened legal action which I guess amounts to a google review.

  Lots of better options in Bismarck. Showed up hours late to appointment without letting us know. Only did part of the work for an inflated price even though the estimate was for a lot more work. No follow-up whatsoever except to send a bill. Do NOT recommend.

  Home owner wanted us to repair someone else’s Poor workmanship. Our records show we wrote a quote for some rain gutters and never heard back. We probably referred the job to Capital City Gutters. Never performed any work for this HO

  These guys know insurance restoration! They fully audited my insurance adjustment and made appeals on my behalf for a more thorough restoration. After attaining a much better claim adjustment, they let us take our time totally redesigning our exterior. Thanks to their team our house got an amazing makeover. New siding that was exactly what we were looking for as well as new roof, gutters and down spouts. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Highly recommend!

  I contacted them about getting our roof done during our escrow process and the short deadline we had. I got a fast kind response and they were out in 3 days and done in 2! Work was clean and done amazing! Thank you and will always use and recommend you!

  I saw these guys on Facebook and figured I'd give them a shot at bidding and doing my roofing project and new gutters. They came out measured the roof with a drone and gave me a detailed estimate. The nails were cleaned up well. The roof looks great!

  Company was very prompt professional great clean up after the work was completed one day turn around. Would highly recommend, the price for the work was superb. Everyone looks for the best deal which is life these days but these guys are great to work with and saved me thousands when compared.
