If your not buying a lot or just searching for prices then don't bother with this place...the desk woman is just rude and acts like she doesn't want to deal with you

We called and asked for a quote for a new roof. After the guy came out for an estimate, we were told we would have a quote the next day. After several days, I sent an email to the company asking for the estimate, which I got (after requesting it again.) I called and emailed on the 14th of August saying we would like to go forward with Watson to replace our roof. I was told that the guy that handled start dates, James, was not in and he would call me to set start date. As today is the 27th of August, and still no call or response of any kind, this is horrible customer service. Would not recommend. After posting my review, the company did reach out. James was great working with us and getting back to us on a daily basis. I am only changing to 3 stars, because it did take posting a review before James got back to us.

Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 34 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 22, of which 13 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
