  This was absolutely the most challenging project to get completed. Word of advice, do NOT sign anything. Get multiple quotes. They want to work for what the insurance company will pay so they don't have to actually create a quote. This project took several months to complete and even though we were told the best crew was working on our house, I would hate to see their worst. The edges are not straight and the valleys look weird. We found nails everywhere, including the swimming pool. They left garbage all over the place overnight. (see photo) Also, we were blessed with a unique carving in one of our trees in the front yard. (see photo) The crew that did the facia decided to remove my dish and let it hang from the coax cable. Had to get Dish Network out to replace the electronics and line things back up. I will say that the company they sent to do the gutters was top shelf and a refreshing change to what we had dealt with. Take your time and shop around. There has to be better roofers out there somewhere.

  Hi David, thank you for your feedback. We do the work for insurance proceeds, well because that’s what is required. We would love to do it for more. Insurance pays as little as possible of course. Which is all stated in the contract you signed and had issue with from the beginning. You shared photos of middle of the project? That’s not at all how we ever left your home.   Horrible horrible service 100% do not recommend. They will not return your phone calls after roof is installed if there are any problems!

  The roofers brought a kid maybe 5 years old with them Because of no school. The owner got mad at me for being mad. My husband was outside watching the kid the whole time. Very unprofessional. .as to your reply my husband did not go to work with his dad. And I'm positive that kids are not covered under your insurance if they get hurt on someone property. Guess who would be liable, so yes we had every right to be pissed

  I’m sorry you didn’t like the child being on-site. We were not upset with you, as we were with the situation itself. These kids are around it everyday, as I’m sure your husband was when he was little and his father. Honestly only recently have kids been protected from doing every single thing. I felt it was better the kids be with their father than with a stranger or home alone playing video games, the kids dad just didn’t have an option that day and I felt horrible to fuss at him. Also I knew why it bothered you and hated that it made you and your husband so upset, even with a decent job the other 80% we didn’t feel we should get a rating of 20% positive (1 star). This impacts us for life, forever. But we did go on and tell kid and his dad that day, immediately. I’m sorry you thought that but of course not a personal ordeal, just upset at the issue in general and to make everyone happy. Thank you so much for the business and the feedback. We do wish you would take the entire process into consideration and feel that may be most fair if you could find it that way at some point. Call if you have anything further also. Thank you

  I also had a bad experience with Justin Miller. Completely disrespectful of other peoples time. He made excuses why he couldn't call, and when he did it was a number he was told not to call for information. Did NOT follow up with contact information and seemed disinterested in assisting in any way. It is not fair to rate a company on 1 bad representative. Maybe CMS should do something about the BAD representative. If you happen to get Justin as your contact, request another one.

  Neil was terrible at communicating, I felt he could have cared less if he got my business. I would try to contact him and would never receive a response so I had to find another roofing company to take care of what has now taken 3 months because of the run around from Neil. Thanks for nothing Neil.

  Very unprofessional-they love to make commitments that they do not at all keep. Were supposed to be here several times already but do not show up and have not called to let us know anything. Very unimpressed.

  I was impressed with CMS at the start. Showed up on time and very responsive/communicative. After months of back and forth with the insurance, we came to an understanding of next steps. But, it has now been over a month and one of the owner's (who I had been in contact with since the start) has ghosted me, and no longer replies, no longer answers texts or phone calls. Will not get in touch with me anymore. Sad that we have to leave reviews just to get responses from the people that made us promises.

  Very professional group-they were well organized and you could tell they had worked together as a group for a long time. They communicated very well and did as exactly as they said they would. They were very conscious of keeping their work area clean and organized. Again, I was very impressed with their service as much as the quality of work.

  They did an awesome job with explaining details of my situation from roof damage from storm in 2025. They worked with my insurance inspector/company and got it done in an allotted time frame according to their plan. I was very satisfied with the work they did overall and would recommend them to others.

  I was very happy with the job CMS did. I had been dealing with two other roofing contractors that just couldn't seem to commit and get the work done. I called CMS after seeing their truck on another job. I called within 4 or 5 days they were getting my roof put on. I am very satisfied.
