  we had a new roof and gutters installed may 2026. it took forever to get the gutters done even after several calls to do so. per the contract it we would also get 2 free gutter cleanings the first year. we called Luke several times over several days with no return calls. we finally had to call another service to do this. 2 separate companies came out for quotes. both told us that gutter were not aligned or sealed properly. again called Luke w no respond. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LUKE WATKINS OR HIS COMPANIES.

  OK, I can’t believe I really been asked to do this I didn’t know the general public wasn’t entitled to their opinion on Google I am no affiliation of no other roofing company however, I am entitled to my opinion, but I’ve been asked by a friend of mine to change my Google status and my opinion of certain companies OK, I guess here we go, what irks me is when one of the largest Roofing competitor spends more money soliciting, and a marketing that their trade license doesn’t even list And I am entitled to my opinion I simply was on Google given a few ratings and their information continued to pop up over and over, which I just simply made a general response and went about my way Nothing attended more than just leaving my honest opinion and review of just only rating by STARZ and not commenting any message But I guess it irritated these guys to where they had to poke around, and somebody has to come to me about changing my personal opinion on something I’m gonna leave a few photos, just simply sharing my concern and understanding that this is a construction company, by legal company name however they spend more money soliciting Roofing than construction Just saying if you’re a Brickmason, don’t solicit Paint jobs more than your brickwork And a simply just my opinion so I hope that my review is well respected and no longer ask for me to edit or change Thank you guys very much and no offense to any of you guys and your team at Watkins, roofing and construction

  Watkins did roof leak repair for my elderly mother last summer. While our initial contact with them was pleasant, my mother's service experience was very disappointing. They kept pushing her repair date back, often without giving her any notice. She had rescheduled doctor appointments for them. When they finally came, the leak was fixed well enough; however, the replacement shingles to the area were nowhere near a decent match to the original color. She wasn't expecting a perfect match, but these are completely off base and stick out like a sore thumb. According to my mother, the man who came to do the after-job inspection was rude and dismissive, was there less than 2 minutes, and never even inspected the job. Unfortunately, I found all this out after the fact, as I wasn't in town. I regret that I wasn't there in person to follow the work, but most of all I regret trusting Watkins with the job.

  Hey Ms Cindy! Thanks for the feedback! After reviewing your file, we noticed that you called us in Sept 22, 2020. We have records showing where we reached out to you before marking the lead dead on 11/18/20. We have an estimate in our file so we aren’t quite sure why he needed measurements. It’s been quite some time since this has occurred. We absolutely hate that you are still frustrated though! We will address this concern with Jeff Thomas & make sure that he knows how you feel about the way your file was handled. Hopefully you can forgive us as we are humans that make mistakes. Nonetheless, we sincerely appreciate the feedback and will get better because of it. Thanks!

  Very professional team! Everyone was great. The guys doing the work were very focused on completing job iso all were very hard workers. Overall excellent experience!!!   Their work was top notch and they were here exactly when they said they would be. You have to understand, though, that because they are so busy it will take a while before they can get to your job, but they are upfront about the date.

  Watkins did a great job from start to finish. They kept us informed every step of the way. On the day of the job the crew showed up on time, did the work and after they left you couldn't tell they were every there.

  We had our roof re-screwed by Watkins Construction and Roofing, and the experience was excellent! Jeremy, Grady, and Stephanie were professional, friendly, and great to work with. The crew did quality work, finished on time, and cleaned up everything afterward. We highly recommend Watkins Construction and Roofing for any roofing needs!
