Renova went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the roofing process and that everything was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely choose them again, and recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

When I contacted Renova I was worried about how long it would take to get our roof done. I had called another outfit I won’t mention here. Jim was extremely easy to talk too, and showed genuine concern getting us taken care of. He made the whole process seem effortless and he got our roof replaced in no time. I wish I could give more stars. Call Renova and ask for Jim!

Michael was awesome to work with during the whole roof replacement process and helped me big time with the insurance claim. Super high quality roof and service. Highly recommend Renova for my Collierville TN and Germantown area neighbors.

Cannot recommend Renova enough . When I call about roof damage Cory came to assess the situation and took over handling the claim from that point including dealing with with the Insurance company and the city of Madison licensing and permit department.work to replace the roof was scheduled and all was done according to plan and on schedule with protection for landscaping and clean up .Beautiful new roof and could not be happier with the whole process D Ashcraft

Gave these guys a 5 star when they originally replaced the roof and they’re getting another for their excellent service when a tree limb punctured my roof a year later. Cory and Matt got me quoted and repaired within a week. Got it done right before a huge thunderstorm too so they saved the day.

Cap blew off top of furnace vent with monsoon rains closing in. Matt arrived in just a few minutes and went up on the roof in the dark to reattach it before the weather rolled in. Customer service doesn't get any better, that I can tell you.
