  High pressure sales tactics. The salesman was great and was doing his job but didn’t take no for an answer. I shouldn’t have to say I’m not signing a contract tonight multiple - numerous times. It felt like a car salesman experience. I will not use Elite due to their sales practices.

  I contacted this company for a roof repair quote. The salesman was nice and professional but spent 3 hours at my house trying to sell me a new roof! Completely irritated!

  The most unprofessional company ! Botched my home ,gutter blocking gate to open ., came back just to undo for gate to open , left the gutters hanging , scheduled appointments ,never kept on their end , roofing boots never installed, boards not nailed back down ! I was told LIE AFTER LIE … The lady that answers the phone and tried her best to get it right was the only one that was helpful and understanding …

  Guy come out and looked at my job. Never got a quote back. Called the office and asked for the quote. Still never got one. Must not have wanted my business and couldn’t call me and let me know.

  Checked on leaking around chimney. Verbal estimate but said they would send a written quote. After several days I emailed the person that came out asking for the quote. I didn’t get a response so I got another roofer that sent a quote that day and is coming out this week. Advice; If you aren’t going to follow through, don’t come out. That just waste everyone’s time. Sorry to have to give this review, but you asked for the review. This review was accurate; however, I had the opportunity to talk with another adjuster at Elite. He apologized for the lack of response. I understand that things happen and things can fall through the cracks sometimes. I got the impression in the conversation that the individuals with company really do care about customer service and quality. I feel my case was a rate occurrence and could happen with any company. I would be willing to try then again next time I need a roofer. Thanks, Steve

  The roof estimator was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Their prices were outrageous, their top tier was triple the price or more than all of the rest of my quotes. Their lowest tier roof was more than twice the cost of everyone else’s top of the line roof. Then they call two days later with a sudden immediate opening with a $9000.00 discount. I like real upfront pricing. Going with a different company.

  Haven't received a quote. The guy was nice. He wanted to take the whole roof off over my porch and it didn't need it.

  Elite Roofing provided excellent follow up care and workmanship. My roof had several steep valleys that provided quite a challenge. After several follow up visits, Elite Roofing solved my leak.

  Outstanding service from the first phone call through to the last check-in the day after completion. The initial inspection was quickly arranged. The inspector was prompt, thorough, and professional. He provided detailed photos, videos, and commentary for all issues discovered. Joe walked me through all of the options for repair or replace. I opted for a complete roof replacement of my 1968 home. The Project manager for my installation arrived on site to verify the items delivered to my home. Come the day of the install, Josh and his crew arrived on time and efficiently began replacing my old roof. The crew fairly swarmed over my home for over 12 hours. The result being a professionally installed new roof and an impeccably cleaned lot. I strongly recommend Elite Roofing and Gutters for your roofing needs.
