  We were recommended to call Watertight for a roof repair at our business- the HOA complex at our office had a previous experience with them- so I first reached out to Mary, from the number given to me. (June 18) I texted her first to make sure she was still in the business and her response was EXTREMELY brief “For what”, exactly. So I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking she was busy. I said thank you for responding, and tried to ask “for what” specifically she was asking me from my first message. She never responded. So a week later, I texted her again. No response. So I took that as in she does not work for Watertight anymore. No big deal. So I proceeded to look up the office number on Google, since our HOA suggested them, and I spoke to the nice girl who answered the phone and she did apologize for the lack of Mary’s response. So I guess Mary works for Watertight? She told me that the person I need to talk to was busy and they would call me back. So another person called me back within the day. She was nice on the phone and said that the owner Shawn/Sean was out of the office for the week, but he is checking in with her every morning so when he calls her tomorrow morning, she will touch base with him about my quote inquiry. Then I never hear anything back. 23 days pass. So I called again (July16) and said hey I never heard back. They mention that Sean or his son would go by Monday or Tuesday of the following week but she would call me back to let me know when they would be stopping by. I never hear anything so I gave a courtesy call on July 20 and she said he didn’t go by yet so she will shade him to go there to my office. It’s now August 20 and I never received a quote or got a call back stating they did not want to go give me a quote. I would not recommend wasting your time reaching out to them for a roof quote. Hopefully they are too busy for new business however more accurate communication with a new customer would be extremely helpful.

  I am sorry that you did not have a great experience with us. Mary did work at Watertight but had to step away for personal reasons mid June. Sorry the handoff from her departure was not smooth. Once you did speak to the office, it was brought to our attention that you wanted to structurally change a pergola to add a roof. We were under the impression that you were getting HOA approval before we gave you a bid. It was also explained that the pergola may not be structurally sound enough to support the roof you wanted to install. Did you call back with HOA approval and then not receive the quote?   I also lived in Russellwood and this company did nothing to help anyone whose lives got upended and property destroyed by fire on roof 16 families were effected by negligence

  This is not an honorable company.their employees caused a fire at my builing in brandon not one person has reached out tp offer help for all affected .lost thousands cause of them and costing me more to rebuild.do not use them.

  Roof was completed a month ago which required a lot of plywood replacement. During the final walk, I noticed the siding on the top was loose which left a gap. Mentioned it to the sales guy who said he would have someone out to fix it. After multiple messages and calls, it still had not been fixed and the gap was getting bigger and bigger as the panel moved from the wind. Three+ weeks later, I had to pay someone else to come out and fix the gap AND tree rats have made their way into the attic. After paying $15000+ for a new roof, now I have to pay someone else to clean up. Unsure if there is water damage in the attic either. All the companies will take on new jobs, the question is, which companies will really stand behind their work? Doesn't look like watertight roofing will.

  Sub-par experience with this company. Workers were loud, littered my yard with coils of unused roofing nails, almost hit my son with debris they threw down from the roof without looking, left soda cans and trash wrappers on my property, left tar on the front of my house, and took too long to address repairs afterwards. Would not recommend.

  I'm sorry you felt you had a poor experience. Unfortunately, since your name is anonymous (no pun intended) and you failed to leave additional information I have no idea who you are. We do expect our crews to clean up daily so if that expectation was not met a call to our office would have solved that. Also we have a supervisor walk the job exterior and roof upon completion to point out things like tar on the house etc. Also, at job closeout we would have been happy to walk around the home and normally don't expect payment until any 'issues" the customer has may be corrected.   Sean is a ln amazing owner. Came out within 24 hours and identified my issues. Great service and prompt. I had a water leak which he identified and provided direction as to correct. Would highly recommend!!

  If it was possible to give a 10 star rating I would. Colon and Shaun came right away to find my leak, which they did and the leak was repaired the next day. In addition to their competence, they are the nicest people to deal with. I can’t express how grateful I am to them. I can’t say enough about watertight and I highly recommend them. They also took care of the warranty issues.

  Had an excellent experience with Watertight Roofing. Dan, Kim, and Collin at the office are great. Entire crew on the jobsite were timely, diligent, and clean. Excellent communication throughout and very satisfied with the new roof!

  Watertight did two jobs for me. The biggest was replacing the roof in my home. The second was additional gutters. I can't say enough good things about one of the owners, Shaun Bernstein. His wife, Candice supported him seamlessly and was excellent to work with too. Shaun was very familiar with the requirements of the My Safe Florida Home Program (MSFH) and made sure everything he planed to install met or exceeded their standards so I could get my grant. Thanks to Shaun's willingness to negotiate both terms and price I was able to get a package deal that included GAF's best warranty at a much bettter price that any other GAF roofer. And I got a bunch of bids so that is saying a lot. To make that even sweeter, no other GAF roofer in Pasco county had a higher combination of excellent ratings and GAF awards than Shaun and his crew. At the end of each of the three days in which they completed my roof, the crew left everything so neat, you could not tell there was work being done in my home except for the dumpster sitting in my driveway. I got up on the roof and inspected it myself at the end of the job and was as impressed with the detail I discovered as I was with the superb appearance of the job from a street view. As far as the gutters, David from Watertight perfectly matched and interlocked the new gutters I paid for into my existing gutters on both sides of the house. He explained the little extras he did for his job to excel over the previous installation and it really does make his job better than the previous. David had an excellent professional freindly appearance and demeanor. In addition, Watertight was $200 below the next offer ($1200 vs $1400). I would definately recommend them to do your roof and gutters.

  I highly recommend Watertight roofing should for ones roofing needs. Very professional staff and crew. My roof looks awesome and we are very pleased with the end result. Crew was on time and put in a good days work. The owner personally came out and spoke with me about my roof and asked If I had any questions and or concerns.
