I hate to leave bad reviews but if you had hurricane damage I would look else where. They did our flat roof in 2023. They did a very bad job. They came and redid it and it was still a bad job. And now you can see our ceilings in the photos. Maybe for a traditional roof they are okay. But for a flat roof I would not recommend.

I"m pretty disappointed in this review. My guys did a surface sealant application to her 2 large patio balconies/roofs. Simone reached out to us explaining her disatisfaction. I inspected the work and completely agreed that the work was … More

I tried to use this business for a roof repair that was leaking into our home creating a water spot on the ceiling. I reached out on Thrusday and they scheduled me for a estimator to come by on Friday. They were not able to make it on Friday because they had a "truck break down" Friday. I called and was rescheduled for Monday 8-10am and they haven't reached out to me or responded to my calls or text. It's noon. Just wanted to say thanks for wasting my time.

Made an appointment that they never showed up for. Couldn't even get them on the phone after they no-showed.

Hey Jeff, I am so sorry we somehow dropped the ball on this. We work hard to build a dependable reputation and a review like this definitely doesn’t demonstrate that. If there’s any way we can turn this 1-star review into 5 we will do it! We can offer a complimentary home inspection or a repair if anything like that is needed, now or in the future. This company rocks! I noticed some shingles came off my New Tampa house that we just replaced a few weeks ago. I was really shocked that the initial work was in vain. On a Saturday morning, Tampa Roof Repair responded quickly and Diane was communicative. Brandon, the inspector was in touch a couple of hours later and kept me informed. Best of all, and without drama, Brandon inspected the shingles, added fresh singles that I had purchased a fews ago and looked at my entire roof. Brandon took video to show how the shingles were not installed properly before he took over and did the work properly. In today's world, it's good to know a company like Tampa Roof is responsive and willing to tackle even a smaller repair. The experience was hassle free and the cost was very reasonable. I wish more companies operated like Tampa Roof Repair.
