  Absolutely unsafe, throwing trash and shingles off the roof of a 3rd story apartment, trash all in the trees, in the parking lot. Broke an ac unit.

  Hi Bailey! Although you are not our customer and you are leaving a review as if you hired us to do work for you, we felt your review warranted a response! Yes, we ARE roofing your entire apartment complex! While your apartment management company may not have warned you, falling debris is standard during a roof install, which is why we have a 30ft drop zone marked all the way around the building with caution tape and immense amounts of signage to keep residents out of harms way! Debris fall happens in 100% of roof installations! We progressively clean up throughout the install, we finished your building yesterday - which is over 17,000 square feet of steep slope roofing, 3 stories high, and was completed in just 3 days of work! I am here now, walking around the building, and it is clear to see, we have left no trash or debris in any trees or on the ground - in fact, it looks great! We appreciate your concerns for safety! However, we are working safe and within all OSHA regulations, our on site safety coordinator makes sure of that! We are sorry if your AC went out during the roof install, however that was not our doing! - Your AC needed a new capacitor, it did not break due to roof debris falling on it - & we are aware of the details of this as we had to clear the area for the apartment complex's HVAC technician to work on the AC condenser and we spoke with him on site! We understand your frustration and your need to vent, however, leaving us a 1 star review for doing our job correctly, safely, and professionally is not fair! We wish you would have at least let us finish working and cleaning up before you left a review... We are a family owned business & the owner of the company has been on site everyday, all day, to ensure things go perfectly for you and everyone else that lives here. The other residents have been extremely pleasant and grateful for the extra precautions and the care we are taking through this process. We are sorry that our roofing install may have

  We have an A+ BBB rating, where are you even getting this information? Why are you attacking our company? You are not one of our clients. You have left multiple reviews on multiple platforms - many of which have been removed. You are not one of our clients and have never been one of our clients. Please stop leaving fake reviews, we are a small family owned business and reviews like this hurt businesses like ours because real customers read this and think this is an actual experience with our company.   Hi Brenda, we are sorry but we are not serving Desoto County at this time. No one lied to you about this, quite the opposite, in fact. As you were told via email (I am reviewing the email thread as I type this) Desoto County is outside of our service area. Your neighbor may be in Charlotte County on the other side of i75, your home in Lake Suzy, FL is very close to the county line. You have not seen any of our trucks working in Desoto County recently, we are not servicing that area at this time. Some of our employees do travel south through Desoto county in our fleet vehicles on the way to our service areas in SWFL, but we are not working in that area. Sorry you feel that we are not trustworthy, but we are not advertising our services in Desoto county and do not plan to and we were very upfront with you about that. We respectfully told you this, no one was rude or unkind to you through the process. We understand you are having a hard time finding a roofing contractor but that is outside of our control, we would help you if we could. I hope you find a roofer soon but while you are searching, I would encourage you to try not to leave a 1 star reviews for every contractor that you call that happens to be outside of your service area and cannot service your project, not only is it unproductive but it actually hurts family owned businesses like ours and gives consumers that are actually in our service area less of an opportunity to find a quality contractor. Our service area is listed on google and all other platforms we are listed on. I encourage you to explore that information before calling other contractors. I hope this helps you in your efforts to restore your home after the storm, we truly wish we could have been more help!

  Hi James, although you're not in our system as one of our customers, you're not alone in your frustrations. Everyone's homeowners rates went up by about 40% this year whether you filed a claim or not. Many carriers in our state have gone insolvent and homeowners have very limited options. Hope this helps.

  I recently had my roof replaced by Red Truck Roofing and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. As someone who is new to the area and navigating this process as a woman on my own, I was initially overwhelmed by the idea of a full roof replacement, but Red Truck Roofing made everything straightforward and stress-free. Sarah Forbes, in particular, was absolutely integral to the process. She took the time to explain each step in clear, simple terms, walked me through my options, and was always quick to respond to my questions. I never felt rushed or talked down to, and her professionalism and kindness gave me complete confidence in the decisions we were making.   We live in Pinellas County and last year (2024) we had two major hurricanes that hit this area. We had roof damaged from Hurricane Milton high wind plus others structures damaged. A colleague from work had recommended Sarah Forbes from Red Truck Roofing while back but we didn't have the need until our roof was damaged from Hurricane Milton. We contacted Sarah and she came out to evaluate the damage. To summarize Sarah and her team was well trusted and professional. We are happy with our new roof and would highly recommend Sarah with Red Truck Roofing

  Red Truck Roofing did an amazing job on the new roof replacement. My roof was damaged during the hurricane and I did not know where to go or who to contact. My friend recommended me Sarah Forbes and she is very professional and helped me through the entire process. She is very knowledgable, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all of the questions that I had. The work was done quickly, the crew was friendly, they did a great job cleaning up the debris, and the new roof looks great! I highly recommend Red Truck Roofing if you are in need of a new roof.   Red Truck Roofing did a great job. Cory Clark was excellent in answering all questions and helped pick out the best shingles for us. The roofing was done quickly and they were very careful with our plants and gardens. Yard was left completely clean. Both me and my sisters house have new roofs thanks to Red Truck Roofing.

  Overall a positive experience. Cory Clark, our sales agent thoroughly explained and reviewed our options, and ultimately put in the effort to get us exactly what we wanted. The job was finished expeditiously with final walk through completed shortly thereafter. Overall, a positive experience in which I recommend.

  Red Truck Roofing put a new asphalt shingle roof on in February using our insurance payout due to hurricane damage. First roofer I've had that didn't leave nails and pieces of shingles in the yard. We were really happy with them!

  After the hurricanes, like most, we weren’t sure if we needed a new roof or not. Turns out, we did. Cory Clark walked us through the process, what to expect, and most importantly, what NOT to do. When our insurance company gave us issues, Cory and Red Truck were there to help. We now have a brand new roof and peace of mind for years to come. We’d absolutely recommend Cory and Red Truck to anyone!
