The first three are Google’s own figures for W Oliveira Construction, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Massachusetts roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for W Oliveira Construction. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Wanderson and his crew did an excellent job replacing our roof. Wanderson is very professional and responsive in coordination and planning. He recommended several adjustments to prevent new leaks around the heat exhaust pipe with an outlet on the roof. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I highly recommend Wanderson and would definitely hire him again.
