  I had my roof done in mid December 2025. Everything was fine, reasonable pricing, and went as scheduled. The roof looks great except they cracked the side paneling of my house in multiple areas and destroyed my security light. I was told at the follow-up walk through that they would look into the side paneling and replace the security light. I have called 3 to 4 times within the last 4 months, most recent call was on March 31st and have heard nothing.

  These people have terrible phone service. Had to call 3 times because the connection was impossible to understand and there was a long delay for voices. I'm in Worcester which is only about 30 minutes away from them. It sounded like I was calling Japan. After waiting hours for a proposal to arrive I got a call from one of the FOUR telephone numbers they have from a man who said they cannot take any more jobs that aren't close to their place. I have a feeling it was because I had asked the receptionist if they offer a discount to seniors with disabilities. They start at $500. which is double that of some other companies. One star for poor communication and lack of professionalism.

  Not roofers they push the work to other contractors. Hold your money till after inspection and you get warranty. They seem to forget you paid and push the work off like it’s the guy who did the roofs fault. Management needs to train the guys better and not just point the figure. 25,000$ and told that’s how they always did it. Always did it wrong because management didn’t manage.

  I don’t think they have their own roofers. Seems like they take your money give the work to another contractor then point the finger that them when stuff happens instead of management taking the blame. Hold your money till you’re happy with their work and inspection goes good otherwise you might never see them again.

  Red Dog Roofing was great. They are timely, responsive, accommodating and simply good people to work this. I would recommend asking for Tyler. He had great communication and made sure we felt comfortable with everything before moving forward. 10/10 service.

  I have 2 properties that needed a new roof. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful making sure I understood what needed to be done. When they did come to do the work. It was done efficiently and everything was perfect in 2 days. I'm very happy and would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof

  From the start of the estimate process all the way through completion we had a great experience with Red Dog Roofing. Dominic was great with the estimate and contract stuff. We had several questions that he was easy to reach and responsive answering. He made several suggestions that he thought would be best aesthetically for our style house and we could see after completion that those were great choices. Yomar was our foreman on the day of install and he was fantastic. On the customer side of things he was able to answer our questions, help resolve something with our existing rafters and keep us in the loop as the day went on. He was a great listener, respected any of our concerns and was easy to work with. On the crew management side of things everything seemed to go as expected. The crew was great, hard working and did a fantastic job. It's amazing how destructive replacing a roof can be when you watch it all happening and we really appreciated the attention to detail put in place for protecting our property and cleaning up after the job was complete. Overall we are super happy and found Red Dog roofing to be well worth the work they did and the price we paid. You can tell that customer service is a high priority for this company and their employees. (Scope of work: replace roof, install new sheathing, instal new ventilation, remove exterior portion of chimney and repair/"sister" several rafters.)

  I am so happy I chose Red Dog's Roofing to replace my roof! The company was easy to contact, friendly and flexible with scheduling the estimate. Kyler walked the entire property and roof with me and was very helpful explaining the entire process of what to expect start to finish. On the day of the job, I could tell how much pride Reg Dog takes in their professional work and efficiency. Kyle, Pat, Cody and the entire rest of the team were awesome! Continuously updated me on the project and showed me everything they had done to the roof. The roof looks incredible and makes the home look brand new. The entire property was cleaned up after the job so well that you wouldn't even know they were there. I added before and after photos. I'm beyond satisfied with my choice. I highly recommend Red Dog's Roofing; this is family you can trust to work on your home as if it were theirs! Thanks again Red Dog!

  The people that came out to do my siding were very polite they work fast and they did it very very good job I was very impressed it brought me to tears to see how beautiful my new house looks now I would recommend Red Dog roofing and siding anytime to anybody. The foreman that we had named Justin answered any questions and took care of anything that was needed to be done we are very grateful for all the help that they had provided for us and Tyler the person that came out to speak with us was excellent also he is also become a good friend

  My roof needed to be replaced bad. Whoever did it before had no clue what they were doing. Red dog roofing came in and did an amazing job. They were quick and efficient and with a great price. I totally recommend them and I’ve been telling everyone. My dad who did roofing for many many years 100% approves and was extremely happy with their work. -which us with dads know how hard it is to impress them!! All in all, they did a truly great job. Thank you again, I truly appreciate everything you guys do!!!

  Red dogs replaced a bay window for us. All the staff were professional and friendly. The window looks amazing! Respectful of our home and did a great sure making sure all clean up details were completed before they considered the job complete. Would use them again.
