I worked closely with Vita Roofing’s general manager, Brittany, on behalf of a client who was selling her home while juggling 4 kids and a newborn. My client needed the process to be as smooth as possible, but instead we dealt with constant miscommunication and had to repeatedly follow up just to confirm scheduling/pricing and get basic updates. It added stress to an already hard situation for her, at a time when she really didn’t need more obstacles. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who values clear, proactive communication.

Salesman was nice and not pushy for services. Would check in periodically while we saved up to make a down payment. Was very helpful in teaching us about the different products and materials. …

Avoid this company at all costs. The quality is terrible and to make matters worse, they left their trash all over my property

Very unprofessional. I had contacted this company for a roughing leak that I wanted repaired fairly soon. He took down my name, my number, my email address and said that he would call me by the end of the week to set up a date for the …

Great response from the team at Vita! I needed a replacement turbine vent installed on my roof that was integrated into the shingle installation, they were able to get the work done within a couple of days of my initial phone call. The team also let me know of their observations while on my roof as things to keep an eye on as the roof ages.

Vita Roofing did an outstanding job and my barrel barn. Haven't just bought the property a year ago. I wanted to preserve the history of this barn. The barn is 46 x 80 and they accomplished the work in two days with a little bit of rain in …

Norman, thank you for taking the time to share this and for trusting Vita Roofing with such a special project. We understand that barrel barn has a lot of history behind it, and it means a lot to hear that we were able to help preserve it while giving it a fresh new look. The finished color turned out great! Thanks again for the recommendation, Norman!

We had a great experience working with VITA Roofing for our new roof. From the very beginning, Joey and Austen were both knowledgeable and very easy to work with. They answered all of our questions, never made us feel pressured, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Their communication was clear, responsive, and honest, which made everything much easier and less stressful than we expected. Brittany in the office did an excellent job coordinating everything behind the scenes and keeping us updated whenever weather delays affected the schedule. We always knew what was going on, and her communication helped make the entire process ran smoothly. One thing that really stood out was that the owner, Clay. He personally came out during the inspection process, and that level of involvement meant a lot to us and showed that VITA Roofing truly cares about its customers and stands behind its work. The pricing was more than fair compared to other estimates we received, and there were no surprises or hidden costs along the way. Everything was explained clearly up front, and the entire process was transparent from start to finish. The crew did a fantastic job, cleaned up thoroughly when they were done, and the roof looks great. We couldn't be happier with the final result and would highly recommend VITA Roofing to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional roofing company. Thank you to Joey, Austen, Brittany, Clay, and the entire VITA Roofing team for a job well done!

This post is a recommendation for Vita Roofing for all your roofing and gutter needs. Their advertisement was in Bison Team Makers magazine. The gutters on my home (5) were dripping making ice patches on my sidewalk and driveway. A real person answered the phone number in the ad. He listened to my problem and said that another team member would call me with an estimate appointment. This call came almost immediately. First impressions are important! All of their team members were professional, responsible, respectful, and personable. No more Drips and no more Falls for ME
