I do not recommend hiring Vincent Exteriors for siding replacement. I contracted them to replace the siding on my house, and the workmanship was completely unacceptable. The final result appears rushed and unprofessional, with cracked …

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. Dear Matthew, At our company, we take pride in being thorough and transparent when inspecting roofs and offering professional opinions. In your case, after assessing the condition of the roof, we believed a full replacement was necessary and provided our standard contract to begin the insurance claim process. We understand that homeowners may want additional documentation before proceeding, and while we aim to be as accommodating as possible, we also follow internal protocols and policies designed to protect both parties. In this case, since we weren’t able to come to a mutual agreement on how to move forward, we respectfully declined to proceed with the project and encouraged you to seek a second opinion from another provider. No work was performed and no charges were incurred, and we sincerely wish you the best as you continue to explore your options. We’re always here if you need assistance in the future. The team at Vincent Exteriors

Vincent did an excellent job on the siding, roof, and gutters on my home and subsequent addition project. Even months after the project was completed, they were super responsive when I lost a piece of siding in a recent wind storm- their crew was at my house in under an hour! Thank you, Vincent!

Vincent Exteriors resided my home with Hardy Board and transformed the outside of my home! I would give them 10 stars if I could. My exterior looks brand new. Each step pf the process was clearly explained so I knew exactly what to expect before it happened. Every detail was covered from choices of product, length of install, cost, and inspection. Vince Jr. got back to me right away if I ever had a question and made the experience a pleasure. I happened to be getting a new front door about 5 weeks after my siding was finished. Vince Jr. had his crew come back and trim out the new door. Wow! The crew was incredibly skilled, friendly, and hard working. The workmanship on my home is beautiful. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up each evening when they were finished for the day. I highly recommend Vincent Exteriors if you are looking for an honest, responsible, and professional company that does impeccable work and is willing to go that extra mile for the customer. I look forward to using Vincent Exteriors in the future when I need a new roof.

We had an excellent experience with Vincent Exteriors for both our roof and siding project. The entire process was smooth and completed in a timely manner. Vincent was incredibly helpful when it came to selecting colors—we really appreciated his guidance in making choices that worked well together. One thing that stood out was that, before the project even began, we were given a list of nearby homes where we could see the exact siding and roofing materials we were considering. That made a huge difference in our confidence moving forward. Even after the job was completed, their follow-up has been outstanding. Any small items that needed attention were handled quickly and professionally. It’s clear they stand behind their work. We would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend Vincent Exteriors to anyone considering exterior home improvements.

I had a great experience working with Vincent Exteriors. Vince worked directly with our insurance company to get the claim properly covered, something other contractors I had worked with failed to do. Vince and his employees were confident, knowledgeable, and proactive from the start. The work itself was completed professionally and in a timely manner. When a SNAFU came up during the project, Vince responded immediately, took ownership of the issue, and got it corrected quickly without excuses or delays. Everytime I pull up to my home I admire the job well done on my roof and gutters. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Vincent Exteriors again and I highly recommend them to anyone needing exterior work done.
