Mike from Smart Roofing was very helpful and provided a reasonable price for the replacement of our roof. Extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Roof replacement was quick yet professional and thorough. Took a good amount of time to clean up after. Would recommend.

I had a Mansard roof done. PM. Pete was excellent. He took over 100 pictures for insurance. To prove what was Bad and needs to be replaced or in some cases fixed because it was done wrong originally. The group worked very efficiently. No mess they put a tarp down for easy clean up at the end of the day. I would recommend, and will recommend them to friends and family.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 59 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
