  Our roof was about twenty years old and starting to lose shingles every time the wind picked up. I got a couple of estimates and SkyFort was the one that took the time to actually look at everything, including the soffit that had some rot I hadn't noticed. They laid out what needed doing without trying to pile on extras. Price was reasonable for a full replacement and they offered a payment plan which helped since this wasn't something we had budgeted for. The tear off and install ran smooth over a couple days. The workers were quiet and kept the driveway usable which mattered because I still had to get to work. When they finished they walked the yard with a magnet for nails and had me look over the finished roof before they packed up. It looks sharp from the street and the attic stays cooler now which I wasn't expecting. Been a few weeks and a couple good storms rolled through with no issues at all.

  Started getting quotes after a neighbor mentioned their shingles were curling and ours looked the same. SkyFort sent someone out within a few days for the free inspection. He took photos, showed me where granules were thinning, and didn't push anything. The quote came in by email the next morning. We took about three weeks to decide and they didn't pester us once. When we did pull the trigger, install was scheduled within two weeks. Whole project ran on the timeline they gave us upfront.

  Good people to work with. The estimate was clear, no pressure to add things we didn't need and the install team kept us in the loop while they worked. New roof looks clean and the gutters they did at the same time line up nicely. Took them about a day and half for the whole job
