  Seems being rude and unprofessional is right on par with this company. I had the same experience. Totally unwarranted and uncalled for. Too many roofers in this area to even risk it with them.

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They went to the wrong house and completed their siding and then when I called to complain they hung up twice. Darius one of the agents there and Dan, one of the supervisors, were the RUDEST people I have ever had …

Having storm damage to your home is stressful enough, and we understand how upsetting it must have been to encounter confusion regarding your service appointment. Following the recent storm, our company received more than 240 service requests for missing siding, shingles, and other damage throughout the community. While that volume created challenges for our production team, it is our responsibility to provide professional and courteous service regardless of circumstances. If you felt disrespected or that your concerns were not properly addressed, we sincerely apologize. We are proud that, despite the unprecedented demand, our team successfully completed all service requests and worked closely with the association's insurance carrier to secure full roof replacements for homeowners throughout the community. However, that does not diminish the negative experience you had, and for that we are truly sorry. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our communication and customer service processes. We wish you the very best and thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention.

  We were forced to use Adam's roofing for our townhome association. They destroyed our house. They poked a hole in our Family Room ceiling and then said that they were not responsible for it. And then they put 24 inches of insulation in our attic, causing our Family Room, and two of our bedrooms to cave in. This has cost us thousands of dollars. Of course our hands are tied Because of our HOA, but if they had educated themselves on insulation, they would've known that they were putting way too much in there. We can't even access our attic anymore. They built a retaining wall around the opening since they put so much insulation up there, making it dangerous to try to climb up there anymore. We can't even see the boards anymore. Thank God, we had the funds for the massive amount of repairs we were required to do since they would not be held responsible, But I know several of my neighbors had the same problem and could not afford the repairs as easily as we did. Awful!!!!

Please know that we adhered to all specifications provided by the engineering firm throughout the process. The addition of extra insulation was necessary to bring your attic up to local building codes, enhancing your home's energy efficiency. Regarding the drywall damage, it was determined that the original installation was not up to standard, a conclusion supported by both the condo board and the engineering firm. We appreciate your understanding and hope to resolve any lingering concerns.

  I had/am having a horrible experience with Adams, from the President of the company all the way down to the workers. These guys created such havoc on my property and made promises that they have still not kept and it’s been a couple months …

  Their customer service was poor. I called to get an appt for an estimate. Another dept. apparently handles appts. They would need to call me. 3 weeks, & several calls later, I’m finally being told WHY it’s taken so long for a call back …

  This company was hired by our HOA to install new roofs. Many of the homes have experienced water leakage, dry vents disconnected, and broken siding.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. This company was hired by my apartments association and I cannot begin to even tell you what a nightmare it has been. First off, they like to park their company vans in parking spaces that are not assigned to them. Second, make sure you have cameras and keep an eye out while they’re loading and unloading because they WILL hit your vehicle ( like they did mine ) because they’re parked where they’re not supposed to be AND they will NOT take accountability for their actions! Both times I’ve come into contact I was told that their employees would be reprimanded AND that they would cover the cost of my vehicle being damaged and every time after that is an excuse of why they couldn’t. THIRD, is that the employees have no problem being aggressive and acting as if your apartment complex is another social gathering instead of their JOB. What a terrible business, terrible management, and absolutely horrendous employees that they send out to “ work “. I will be contacting the authorities, BBB, and let it known that this is a fraudulent company with no morality, compassion or responsibility.

  I am so impressed with the care, service, and knowledge of Adam's roofing. Charlie went above and beyond in his analysis and repairs and explained everything thoroughly and had many insights.   Highly recommend, professional roofer came out introduced himself, explained what he was going to do. My bracket that I bought for the roof was missing a few items, he ran to his warehouse to get extra parts and came right back. Bolted down my starlink with better bolts then it came with. Will be using this company again.

  Charlie at Adams Roofing Professionals, Inc. inspected a water mark on a ceiling and discovered several other things that need both HOA and Owner's attentions. He completed such a comprehensive assessment early this week. I am very impressed. Highly recommended!
