Please get at least 2-3 others estimates before using this company. Oh really you don't see me as customer.

  Reply from the business

Hi Kenyetta, thank you for following up and for adding the screenshots. Just to clarify, we consider someone a customer once an estimate is approved, an agreement is signed, and the project is scheduled or completed. While you did receive a free estimate from us, we do not have a signed agreement or an active/completed project on file under your name, which is why our system did not reflect you as a current or past customer. We also agree with your recommendation to get 2 to 3 estimates. It’s a smart step for any homeowner to compare scope, materials, timelines, and warranty coverage before choosing a contractor. When a project moves forward, our focus is on delivering quality craftsmanship, industry-leading workmanship and material warranties, and professional project management from start to finish so expectations, communication, and scheduling stay clear and organized. If you’d like, we’re happy to walk through your estimate in detail, including line items, materials, warranty options, and timeline. Please reach out to our office directly and we’ll take the time to answer any questions.

It was extremely comforting, having Dylan and crew show up in timely manner thoroughly inspected the property on where the new fence and the new deck needed to be placed. Proceeded to get quotes out to me quick and proceeded within a week. The crew is very knowledgeable and their craftsmanship is outstanding. I highly recommend this company in their crew for any work that you need on your house you will not be disappointed.

I had a great experience with Veterans Choice Home. Shawn, Alexandra, and Phil were incredibly helpful and walked me through the entire process of getting an estimate for my home insurance claim. I had never been through this before, and they made everything easy to understand. Their knowledge, communication, and professionalism were far beyond what I experienced with other companies. I’m truly thankful for all of their help and highly recommend Veterans Choice Home.

Veterans Choice Home was responsive, reasonably priced, and professional in helping me with carpentry repair and renovation. My project manager, Ritchie Lee, identified my needs properly, gave me a fair quote, and ensure that the job was completed timely to my satisfaction.

The workers were on time, the job was completed expeditiously, and the painted and cleaned gutters look great! Tony, the project manager, followed up to ensure the work was completed as promised.

I had both a fence and a deck installed. Amazing attention to detail by Veterans Choice. They responded quickly to do an on-property estimate, and were able to schedule the fence quickly, later installing the fence in one day. The deck permit was obtained quickly, and the deck installed in just a couple days. Both were done exceptionally well, with great attention to detail. Their work is solid. They would be my first call for another project, and recommend them to everyone I know in the area.

Crew did an awesome job on a roof that was worse off than expected. They put in over 12 hours on the roof. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been nice and easy to work with. I will be using them again for future home improvement projects. I highly recommend them.

What a great company I can’t say enough of how my new roof looks, I paid close attention and took pictures of the entire install process, and I can say that I am totally satisfied with the craftsmanship and the material used to install my 50 year roof. My project manager Isaac walked me through the process and made sure the crew addressed all my needed extra attention of things that could not be seen from the ground. If you’re a veteran, this is definitely the company to use for all your home needs. Upfront and affordable prices that can’t be beat.
