I contacted them three weeks ago for an estimate, got it the next day and they offered to resend it with a first responder discount, I haven't heard from them since. I left two messages and have emailed several times, I then gave up and obtained a quote from another company. This company was $600 less expensive even when adding an additional repair item. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service I received and am thankful another company was able to help. Response to the reply: No additional estimate was received, I went back in my email twice to look. If one had actually been sent I would assume I would've received a response to my email on 09/08 when I checked in or would've gotten a returned call. The response to my review was the first response received since 09/01. Overall, very disappointed in this experience and will be sure to steer friends and family away from this company.

Hello Abigail, I’m so sorry if it was missed but, we absolutely responded and sent a new estimate with the 1st responders/military discount. Vertex roofing, although FANTASTIC people, are sub contractors. 9x out of 10 subs can do work for much cheaper. We are happy your problems are resolved and wish you the very best!

A tour de force! The project manager and his crew were fast, professional, extremely skilled and very accommodating. I highly recommend Robinson’s Roofing for all the work they accomplished on my property in under a day: roof installation, porch carpentry, interior repairs, power washing and painting. Just the best!

Robinsons did a fabulous job on my boathouse soffits and siding. They reframed the windows. Very pleased with their work. Worked long hours, no short cuts, until finished. Worked a Saturday too. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely hire them again.

We could not be happier with our roof replacement experience with Cody and the team. The team replaced the roof on our house, our detached garage, our neighbor’s house, and their detached garage all in a single day, which was honestly …

Absolutely 5 stars for Robinson’s Roofing & Repair. It’s rare to find a company that treats you like a neighbor instead of just another job. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the results speak for themselves. The crew was friendly, respectful, and clearly takes pride in their craft. If you want a roofing company you can trust, this is the one.
