  This company called me asking to stop by my home and provide an estimate. I very politely declined and the gentleman was rude and hung up while I was graciously declining his unwanted marketing. We have a new roof. Stop harassing people!

  We had an excellent experience with Retex Roofing from beginning to end. Caleb was incredibly patient while we discussed everything our home needed, and Sean was fantastic at explaining the process and working with our schedule. Retex completed a full roof replacement, including the underlayment and shingles, along with new soffits, fascia, and gutters. The crews did high-quality work and took the time to answer our questions and investigate our concerns even after the project was completed. Everyone we dealt with was professional, responsive, and committed to making sure the job was done correctly rather than simply rushing through it. As homeowners, it gave us a great deal of confidence knowing that Retex stood behind its work and was willing to return and examine anything that concerned us. Our home looks fantastic, and we are extremely pleased with the finished result. We would gladly recommend Retex to anyone needing roofing or exterior work.

  We used Retex for full siding, trim and soffit replacement on our home and could not have been happier with their work! From the initial appointment to discuss options, products and the quote, Caleb was incredibly professional and immediately left a great first impression of the company. He was informative, patient and never pushy, and really took the time to explain all options. Retex was also able to be super accommodating with our scheduling request and fit us in exactly when we needed. From the moment the job began, the PM Sean was truly phenomenal and exceeded all expectations for managing the job. He was consistent and thorough in his communication around the plan and what to expect, and kept us informed every step of the way. He was on site as the project started and was there every day to check in along the way, and was extremely timely in his responsiveness to calls or texts as well. We also had a question come up a few weeks after our home was completed and Sean answered right away and even came over within an hour to see and discuss what I was referencing. The customer service provided was absolutely incredible and we are so happy we went with Retex for our home! Thank you Caleb, Sean and team!!

  Was incredibly impressed by how hard and long the contractors worked on getting my update and construction projects completed! They were working after dark and in what was most easily described as miserable weather conditions. They completed at least a week earlier than expected.

  Retex provided roof repairs for my home identified during my home inspection. It was a professional experience from the start. To their responsiveness and inviting nature on the phone. The service was also top notch and I was impressed with how they utilize products that enhance their services. In other words you can tell they do not skimp on cost in spite of service. They are proud of the quality of work they provide and you can tell. If you are looking for a smooth and professional experience with your roofing needs, I highly recommend.
