Veteran Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Veteran Roofing.

The work done was absolutely fantastic! The crews who came out to do the roof, siding and gutters are top notch and very professional. My rating is based on the fact that it took one year from the date I signed the contract to the day I wrote the last payment to get the work done. This was very disconcerting and unacceptable. I'm happy with the work that was done...not happy with the length of the process and the lack of communication.

After our terrible wind storms, I need someone to inspect the damage and give me an estimate. Caleb came out and inspected it. He was very upfront and honest and gave me an estimate for the repair and full roof replacement. After another company came to inspect and give an estimate, that company did more damage. Caleb came back out and fixed what the other company did so my roof wouldn't leak. That tells me what kind of company they are. Honest and trustworthy! In the end we had Vetern Roofing replace the whole roof. They crew did an amazing job! They left my place clean and the roof looks great! If you want an honest and trustworthy company, Veteran Roofing is the place to contact.

Caleb came out and gave us a very reasonable quote to fix some storm damage to the roof. They had the materials ordered and the roof fixed within 2 weeks of the estimate. Very professional and friendly service. Would recommend to anyone looking for work to be done.

Polite, professional and on time...Caleb DeSmet was great to work with. We've had 2 days of 50+ mph winds since the work was done and no problems. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them...

Veteran Roofing began repairs on our badly damaged roof the very next day after a terrible windstorm. Their service throughout the process, overseen by Caleb, was efficient and effective. Highly recommend!

We had a pleasant experience with Caleb DeSmet - he kept us informed as to the issues with getting the proper roof shingles and getting the repair done when weather finally allowed. He also came out after the work was completed to make sure the work was done to out expectations

I worked with Riley with getting roof repaired, they did an amazing job and was able to work with my insurance to upgrade it with class 4 materials to replace the roof with. They were able to get complete the work under 6 hrs(that includes ripping off old, replacing with new, and clean up). I cannot thank them enough for the great job they did

Veterans roofing really provided a great experience! It was my first time going through an insurance claim and Josh took the time to walk me through the process and paperwork in person. The work was great and completed very quickly. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for repairs or a new roof.

Caleb from Veterans was our contact person for our complete roofing and gutter job. He went over and above to ensure that we understood the contract, worked with our insurance estimator and always kept us informed of the timeliness. He was very professional, polite and just an all around pleasant person to work with. The job was completed and everything was cleaned up. They were fast and efficient.
