  This company refuses to call back my grandmother who has a leak from their horrible workmanship! They refuse to make it right way to take advantage of an 80 year old woman!

  Cailean, my name is Steve Rodenbaugh and I am the owner of Rapid City Roofing. Your Grandmother Sharon contacted our office at the end of April of this year. I personally called her back and she explained to me that she had bugs in her plastic skylight. She never mentioned a leak of any kind. It's a skylight we did not install because they no longer make that particular size. Every other item on her roof was replaced. I explained to her that I would go ahead and have someone out within 24-48 hours regardless. We came out to her home on May 1 and inspected the roof just to make sure there were no other issues. There was no leaks anywhere on her roof. However, she has one particular skylight that we simply could not replace and she was made aware of this. After I updated her of this, there have been no further calls to our office. To say we refuse to call her back is simply a false statement.

Unfortunately, we put our trust in a manufacture that simply didn't follow through and for that we are truly sorry. We appreciate you recognizing our strong follow through on your gutters and wish we hadn't experienced the numerous delays on the actual manufacturing of your custom windows. We had never experienced any delays like this whatsoever with this manufacture so this too was a great surprise to us. A full refund was issued to you today.

  Rapid City Roofing did a fantastic job on repairing and roofing our house. They were great to work with and did the job in a timely manner. Their crew were very professional, and did a great job cleaning up.   Contacted Kaylee on Tuesday to look at my roof and give me a quote. Had the estimate by Thursday night contacted Kaylee on Friday morning to go ahead with the project. She pulled a few strings on Saturday I had a new roof by 6 o’clock. Kaylee‘s knowledge and customer service is top notch. I highly recommend Kaylee with rapid city roofing.

  Rapid City Roofing was great to work with! They were able to come out the next day after I called and they were honest with me about the repairs needed. Kaylee was very attentive and easy to work with. She came out and inspected the damage as soon as she could and had people out within a few days to repair it! I highly recommend using Rapid City Roofing Company for your roof repairs!

  I highly recommend Steve and his crew for all your roofing needs! Steve is honest and very knowledgeable in his field! Kaylee was very helpful with all my questions and very understanding. They went above and beyond expectations in helping me with my insurance claim. The installation and clean up job was done professionally. My roof looks great and I am very pleased with the service and attention I received. I would hire them again without hesitation.

  Great communication! second time on second house... as soon as I saw damage I emailed Steve and he called the same day with a ton of info. Cody took perfect care of my solar panels...off and back on exactly right. Kaylee kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend!!
