  It's been several years since quality.Put the roof on our house after 6 leaks, sheet rock damage. They finally fix the leaks on our roof.\nBut we're still waiting for repairs on our sheet rock. We complain from the get-go about the heat emanating from our roof they finally admitted they put thinner shingles on our roof it was supposed to be the same as we had before we have pictures and videos but not sure how to post them. They don't return are calls. I would not use this company

  no stars. One of your workers flipped me off and mouthed a slur at me for changing lanes IN A COMPANY CAR. Discusting, stain on the brand.

  Promised call back. Called several times and texted. Never called back, etc. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone if you need roof fixed especially if it’s not in Rapid City. 👎👎👎 …

  We worked with Taylor from Quality Roofing on the restoration of the facade of our apartment building. Taylor was very responsive, and made the process incredibly easy for us. The crew worked quickly, and they cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the work, and hope to work together again soon!

  Great customer service along with great quality. I got my sliding glass doors through Quality Roofing and they turned out amazing. The size was perfect and the product was great. They also fixed our shingles and gutters at a GREAT price. Everything turned out awesome. Thanks again!

  Highly recommend Quality Roofing & Construction! We needed our siding replaced and also wanted to resurface our deck from wood to composite, so I reached out to Quality to see if they could do both. They were super responsive and within just a few weeks there was a crew at our house that could do both jobs. Everything they did looks great and we’re very happy with the end result!

  I was referred to Quality by a good friend. Glad I took the advice. Only took two days to do a very tall and steep house and garage. Very pleasant group of workers. They did a great job and an excellent clean up. Highly recommend these guys.

  We discovered a leak in our skylight caused by our recent windstorm. I searched for what I hoped to be a reputable local company, and am very happy to say I found it!! As I contacted Quality they responded back quickly, although apologizing for a slightly delayed response because they are busy with all of the repairs. Taylor came out and assessed what was needed and discussed my options. We decided to replace the skylight with a new one that even has a remote controlled blind built in. He ordered it right away, and my replacement came in within one week and the entire job was completed the next day!! Not only were they very respectful but completely honest with what I believe to be a very fair price!! My opinion would be if you need any work performed within their scope of expertise, call them!! You can trust this company to do the right thing!!

  I have worked with Taylor the owner of the company now for over eight years. He is very dependable, great service, easy to work with. He has even helped me with my insurance. I have everything from my roof replaced to damage from wind. He even came on New Year's Day to inspect the home. Excellent service. Excellent customer service.
