  Were hired to replace shingles,damaged gutters,refinish fence,repair sidingand screens.They replaced shingles and several feet of cap came off two days later,replaced one gutter and never seen them again.Very sarcastic and insulting when I tried to get them to finish.

  I have previously done business with Superior and was satisfied with their work so I signed up for their gutter cleaning service. Unfortunately this was not a positive experience and ended with a somewhat threatening call from the owner. Two guys showed up to clean the gutters and were here for less than 15 minutes. After they left I quickly inspected a section of the gutters and found that the downspouts were not cleaned at all and there was still dirt and leaves in the gutter. I took some photos and contacted Superior to dispute the invoice as the work was not completed correctly. The person I spoke with saw my pictures, agreed the work was substandard and offered to send their employees back out. I didn't want them back on my roof, potentially upset about being called out for sub par work so I refused and said I didn't want to pay the invoice. The office employee said they would have someone call me to discuss further. After three weeks with no response I called again and was told I would receive a call. Two weeks later the owner called me saying he has pictures showing the work was completed correctly and that they do not clean downspouts. He said he wasn't going to discuss the issue any further and if I refused to pay the invoice he would send it to collections. With no recourse outside of litigation, which would be costly and unjustified over a $100 invoice, I reluctantly paid it. I have video footage from my security cameras to prove my claims as well as a couple of pictures following the job. I want others to be aware of my terrible experience and to be careful if you choose to do business with this company. After speaking with others who have done business with this company and reading other's reviews, intimidation seems to be a common tactic along with substandard work. I will no longer be doing business with Superior and caution others to do so at your own risk.

  This post has nothing to do with their service. Still, I found it to be highly unprofessional that whoever was driving their vehicle found it necessary to get dangerously close to my car because I was moving with traffic, flip me off, while I am in uniform with my 3-year-old daughter in the backseat. What kind of message does that send about your business when that's how you treat service members while you're out driving. Extremely disappointing.

  I made an appointment to have them fix my gutter after it became detached at one end. I waited a couple weeks. The day of the appointment they call and say they won't do repairs for gutters they didn't install. They could have mentioned that when I made the appointment, but they didn't. It probably just needs a few new screws but it is three stories off the the ground and I don't have the equipment to do it myself. They told me they won't fix it because I might attribute other gutter issues to them after it is fixed and give them a bad review.

  They can have my one star. I gave them one star before and they bribed me with a gift card for a better rating. Their installers left a lot of garbage in my home when she were doing their siding and window installation. There were food wrappers and drinks left on my furniture and floor for Superior Siding employees. The owner called me numerous times and his "put a good taste in your mouth" speech felt threatening. He only gave me this shtick because of my previous bad review. I'll get the pictures and add them so there's no question.no

  Technician arrived to repair Hardy Plank cement board siding that was damaged during the December 18, 2025 wind storm. He was prepared for the repair, completed the task promptly, cleaned up after himself leaving nothing behind. Impressed with the service I received, the time it took to schedule and the seamless payment process. Highly recommended company.

  Superior Siding and Roofing replaced our roof, gutters and fascia due to a hail storm last summer. They really worked hard t get our insurance to authorize a full roof replacement. They have communicated every step of the process and their work has been exceptional. Hopefully I won’t need them in the near future but will definitely use the again!

  Superior Siding did a great job on our new windows. We are very happy with the results and enjoy the extra light and added efficiency that the windows bring to our home. Kelly the installation technician did a great job. He workrd very professionally and cleaned up everything after the job was complete. This is the second project I've had Superior Siding do for us. They put in a roof last year and I was very impressed and happy with their results which is why I hired them again to put windows in my house.

  I would highly recommend Superior Siding. A portion of my home faces North and receives the brunt of the forceful winds. Superior has always done an excellent job doing the repairs paired with top notch communication, fair pricing, friendly office staff ( Brady, Addison and NaCole) and on the last visit, Luke and Jesse were very professional and completed the work quickly and effectively.
