  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Matthew Fish for the outstanding job he did. From beginning to end, he was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely great to work with. What stood out most was that Matthew never made us feel like we were just another customer or another sale. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions, and make sure we actually understood our options. He was patient, honest, and never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Matthew also went above and beyond with the amount of time and effort he put into helping us. His professionalism and work ethic really showed, and you could tell that he takes pride in representing Vero Exteriors well and taking care of the people he works with. Even though we weren’t ready to move forward with the project right now, that didn’t change the level of service Matthew gave us at all. He remained helpful, courteous, and professional throughout the entire experience. That says a lot about someone’s character. If management reads these reviews, I hope Matthew gets the recognition he deserves. Employees who can represent a company this well, build trust with customers, and still provide excellent service even when there isn’t an immediate sale are worth holding onto. Thank you, Matthew Fish, for the excellent experience. When we’re ready to move forward, you’ll absolutely be the person we want to work with.🙏🏾😇💯

  I had a young man come to my door who was extraordinary corgial, not pushy, and kind. I believe his name was Matthew but I remember Fish was his last due to it being unique. He knocked on my door, sat and helped me move a heavy package all before he even mentioned offering a free inspection. He went through the process and what to expect and left me feeling comfortable. The next day, when the inspector Steven came, he was punctual and actually took the time to walk me through what was happening with my roof. Id highly recommend Vero Exteriors for an honest and straightforward inspection.

  They came out from prescott all the way to cottonwood. They did a thorough inspection. They had great information for us about the roof work our house needs. I definitely do recommend Chad and Doug!
