  Jim Grall, our sincere apologies for letting you down. We had one of our roofing technicians suffer a workplace injury, and our immediate focus was on making sure he received the medical care he needed. At the same time, our remaining technician was suddenly carrying the workload of two people, and despite our best intentions, we fell behind. We fully intended to reach out to you, and we're truly sorry that we didn't. It was never our intention to disappoint you or leave you wondering. We sincerely hope your roofing needs were taken care of, and we appreciate your understanding during what was a very difficult and unexpected situation for our team. We wish you all the best.   Took 3 days to complete wind/hail damage to house & garage. I'm disabled & not able to clean up what crew should of done at end of job. Roofing looks nice/other work, there's a problem.

  If you want unfinished roof, call for leaks that will take years to fix, stay away from this company. Amen

  They did a fantastic job on my new construction home.. Frank reached out when I first pulled the permit to build and gave me a quote quickly. A few months later I reached back out and said I was ready, they were out the next day to put the underlayment , as soon as my plumber was finished running his vents I gave them a call that it was ready for shingles(Thursday of labor day weekend) I went out of town thinking they would get to it the following week, I came back Monday to discover it was finished. They left job site clean. They had someone from their team come to make sure everything was up to their standard. Pricing was the best in town.. %100 would recommend them and work with them again.

  This is the third home we have built using Northline for the roof. They always do a great job in a timely manner for a very reasonable price. This most recent new build included shingles as well as standing seam metal. Great job!

  Northline installed our concrete tile roof on our new home construction. Did a great job! Had one roof tile crack almost a year later and they came out quickly and replaced it. Rad, their installer, called me before heading out there to let me know he was taking care of it. Great customer service! Many thanks to their team of Vicki, Chris and Rad (installer). Highly recommend them!

  These guys are excellent...! We had an entire roof replacement with GAF HDZ. After completion, they sent Rad over to inspect who is very knowledgeable and did a thorough review. From Shane to the install crew & then Rad, we would recommend them to our neighbors... Great job!!!

  These workers were very hard workers in extreme heat. I would recommend them. Only drawback was they didn’t communicate well on the schedule. It kept getting delayed with no word from them.

  Northline was one of the few roofing contractors to respond to my calls. They responded quickly and performed quality repairs at a reasonable price. They also beat another contractors estimate for a ne upgraded roof by 35%
