  Worst company in Dewey AZ. Do yourself a favor and use ANYONE else. Ill continue to share details of my 8 months of trouble from command roofing in the next few weeks. Never again nor my many neighbor's will support this company

  Just the facts : > was told to " steer-clear " of this business by a friend, gave them a shot-at-it anyway, > called for estimate appt. & told they would call me in a day or two to set estimate time, & would be no more than a week before they showed up, > been a week & have never heard from them....

  Yesterday afternoon, a sudden, high-wind event blew shingles off our 6-year old home in Quailwood. I called and left a message with Command Roofing. Early this morning, Joe called and set an appointment to assess our damage and provide an estimate for repairs. Joe called a bit later to ask If he could come by earlier this morning. By noon, he was on the roof, gave us an estimate and said he'd return tomorrow at 7:30 AM to do the necessary repair. Another storm was threatening mid-afternoon. Joe returned with new shingles, and did the repair and caulked so I wouldn't worry about more damage. Phew! Talk about great emergency customer service! We're delighted, and couldn't recommend this honest hard-working company more highly.Thank you Joe!

  Command Roofing did an outstanding job with our roof replacement. From initial consultation to completion, they were professional, on time, and did what they said they were going to do. The new roof is great and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was installed correctly and cleaned up after. They have it dialed in.

  Fantastic workmanship! Very professional and personable. They met our every question. Their attention to detail at each step was amazing, including meeting with our insurance adjuster, and providing an immediate follow up GAF warranty was quite impressive. To top it off, our new roof looks fabulous! Thank you Command Roofing!

  I really appreciate the professionalism and follow through with Command Roofing. I would feel comfortable recommending them to anyone in need of roof work. They were able to get us a brand new AC unit and roof replacement along with the exact same scenario with my inlaws after a hail storm in Verde Valley.

  My parents are in their 80's. Back in October 2021.they paid $4000 up front to install a new roof. They said were backlogged it would be sometime in November before they could do the work. Its now ALMOST MARCH. THEY TOLD US THAT THE SENT SOMEONE OUT TO TARP THE ROOF UNTIL. THEY COULD START THE JOB. MY MOM CALLED THEM THE DAY THEY SAID THEY'D BE THERE. NO SHOw .my mom called again they said the tarp was put up, but not tarps anywhere in the neighborhood. They are lying to you at every turn.I WANT THEM TO REFUND THE MONEY WITH INTEREST SINCE THEYVE HAD THE MKNEY SINCE OCTOBER.
