  They came out and got an estimate done quickly, and did the work fast. Quoted about 6500 which was 5k less than the other quote I had, so I went with them. However, their guys damaged my garage door and part of the siding on my house when dropping off the trailer. They did send a guy to fix the door enough thay it opened again, but they didn't fix the damage to the house. Alfonso said they weren't the kind of business to leave me high and dry, yet wouldn't fix my house because I didn't have a camera that could show his guys did it, as they apparently claimed they hadn't. I was at home when the damage happened, so I know it was them. I guess my word and presence doesn't matter & they are that kind of business. Cut to this week, 2 months after instal. My house is under contract to sell, and I reached out to see if an actual receipt can get emailed to me so I can send it to the buyers (they requested it). Alfonso replied quickly and said I'd have it that night. I didn't. Asked for it again the next day, he said he'd see if his guys can send it. Still nothing. Reached out again yesterday apologizing for being annoying, but to please send me the receipt. No reply. I still don't have it and am hoping lack of a receipt doesn't cause the buyers to walk. Use them if want the work done at a lower cost, but hope nothing else happens. Their customer service goes down drastically once they've been paid.

  This roofer offers competitive pricing, but you get what you pay for. We already had three problems with the roof, which was installed by them just last August. The worse part is that it has been extremely hard to make them come back to fix the problem each time. They normally would just keep us on hold for a long time, or they would "schedule" a time and just simply not show up without any notice. They had NO respect of the schedule, or our time which was wasted due to their no shows, for multiple times. We have dealt with other contractors in the past and totally understand that things do happen sometimes. However, what this roofer has been doing is beyond the scope of anything like that. Perhaps that is why they only have 6 reviews in total (excluding this one) - they have been around for quite a while. We truly regret that we used their service.

  I highly recommend Venom Roofing LLC for any roofing or gutter needs. They recently completed my roof and gutter installation, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.
