Charged for materials not used. $33.00 service fee to pay invoice. Never again. Antonio, the total roof replacement by your crew a few months ago, I rate as 5 stars.

Celia, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that. Your experience did not meet your expectations as our goal is to always deliver. A five star experience. Your repair was an emergency call and our crew responded immediately driving over an hour and a half After receiving your call the night before to ensure your roof was protected from further damage. The repair cost was based entirely on labor as emergency dispatches require immediate mobilization of our team and equipment. The GAF architectural shingles used for your repair are a harder to source product and we brought two bundles and extra OSB to avoid any delay or the need to make another 45 minute trip to the nearest Roofing supply warehouse, plus we never know what we find when we remove the existing shingles. Regarding the $33 CRM processing fee. This is an optional convenience for customers who choose to pay electronically, we gladly accept checks with no added fee, this should have been shared with you. As a gesture of Goodwill during our conversation over the phone we offered to return that fee via Zelle to maintain your satisfaction because we take our reviews and Customer relationship very seriously. Lastly we shared by text to your husband the pictures on our CompanyCam link showing the tear off and repair step by step. This covered a 33 square foot location and with waste and cutting to blend the new shingles to the existing roofing system 2 bundles are recommended for this repair. We appreciated your earlier conversation as this is important we hear feedback. I hope you’ll consider us again in the future. Your trust is important to us, and we will remain committed to delivering quick professional and reliable service to all our customers.

If I owned a company, stealing Jamie away from Vertex would be my first move. Everything said was done when it was scheduled. This company saved me thousands of dollars and I am so grateful.

Vertex Roofing and Home Improvement came out today to repair a few popped nails in my roof and provide a full inspection, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I initially spoke with Antonio on 4/20/26 and sent him a picture of the affected area. He quickly identified the issue and provided a fair, affordable quote that already included labor. Within minutes, he followed up with a detailed proposal, along with company certification and proof of liability, which gave me confidence right away. Antonio allowed me time to make an informed decision and explained that an experienced roofer could resolve the issue within 24 hours. After signing the proposal, he promptly scheduled Manny, the roofer, who arrived on 4/22/26 to assess and complete the repairs. Manny walked the entire roof, took photos, and not only addressed the original issue but also fixed additional popped nails he identified. He arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and conducted himself with a high level of professionalism. The entire experience was seamless. I received timely notifications, confirmation reminders, and even a courtesy call. Communication was consistent and professional through email, phone, and chat. I truly appreciated the transparency, respect, and patience shown—everything was clearly explained, and I never felt taken advantage of. Overall, the service was superb. I felt heard, respected, and valued as a customer. I highly recommend Vertex Roofing and Home Improvement 10/10 and will absolutely use them again!

My representative worked with me to make sure I got the best service for my budget. I asked for a roof repair, but she suggested that I get a whole roof replacement which would cost as much as a roof repair. The price was much less than all of the other estimates that I had received for a roof repair. They did the replacement in one day. I am so proud of my new roof.

  Reply from the business

Thank you, Perita! We’re so glad our team could help you secure a full roof replacement while staying within your budget. It’s great to hear we could get the job done in a single day—enjoy your beautiful new roof!
