  Williams & Sons Roofing & Remodeling installed gutters on two homes, and both jobs went very smoothly. Each house has mostly hip roof lines with connected outside and inside corners, so the gutter layout was a little more detailed, but the work was handled well from start to finish. After a tree limb bent one section, the crew came back to look at the damage and offered a smart roofing and gutter repair option. Instead of removing and replacing nearly 70 feet of gutter, they explained that the damaged gutter and cap could likely be reshaped and reworked first. They were also clear that if the repair did not hold up, they would replace the full run. We decided to move forward with the repair, and the result turned out great. The gutter system looks good, drains properly, and the cost was far lower than building out a whole new section. There was still a service charge for sending the crew out to a more remote property, but even with that added cost, the final price was very reasonable. Overall, it was a very good experience with honest recommendations, skilled workmanship, and practical roof drainage solutions.

  i contacted a roofing company about a small roof repair, and from the first phone call the receptionist was friendly and honest that their crew was busy. she still took my information, created a repair ticket, and explained that if a job wrapped up early, a roofer would come by to fix the missing shingles. I let her know we were not in a rush, but wanted the repair handled before the wetter weather moved in. she said it should be taken care of well before then. In less than a week, derick and his helper arrived at our house and repaired several shingles that had blown off the roof. They worked quickly, knew exactly what needed to be done, and left the roof looking great. I was very impressed with how smooth the whole process was, from scheduling to the actual shingle repair. It was also nice to deal with a roofing team that followed through and treated even a small repair like it mattered. After calling around and speaking with other roofers who were too booked up to help, this company stood out for being responsive, professional, and willing to take care of the job. If you need roof repair, shingle work, or general roofing service, keep calling until you find a crew like this one.

  We started a new metal roof project with Williams & Sons Roofing & Remodeling, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew was very professional, well organized, and each part of the roofing work was handled with real skill. Since metal roofing takes extra care and detail, the job lasted a couple of weeks, but every step was coordinated smoothly and completed the right way. They protected my air conditioning systems, kept the property clean, and picked up debris at the end of each day. The team stayed in touch throughout the project, explained inspections clearly, and let me know what was finished as the work moved along. eddie, daniel, and edgar were fantastic, and the office support was also very helpful. Everything was done with great attention to detail, and the finished roof looks beautiful. i have had more than one roof replaced over the years, and this was one of the best roofing experiences i have ever had.   Williams & Sons Roofing & Remodeling was absolutely amazing. A trusted friend in the roofing business shared their contact info after a strong wind storm caused major damage to our roof in Douglasville. The crew came out very quickly to tarp the roof before more bad weather moved in, which really helped prevent additional water damage. Because of the extent of the roof damage and their clear roofing expertise, we were able to get a full roof replacement approved through insurance. They were great to work with from start to finish and made the whole insurance adjuster process much easier and less stressful. They explained the roofing work clearly, answered questions, and helped us feel confident in each step. We love the new roof and are so glad we chose a great color that looks perfect with the house. The roof installation was completed in just one day, and the roofing crew did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and careful with the property. When they finished, the cleanup was outstanding. There was not a shingle, nail, or scrap left behind. Everything was left neat and in place, and the finished roof looks fantastic.

  We have used this roofing company on two of our homes for roof replacements, skylight dome work on one house, and new gutter installation on another, and every job turned out excellent. In our neighborhood, many homeowners received insurance notices saying older roofs needed to be replaced, so several neighbors became interested in new roofing. The owner took time to visit each home, explain the roofing options, and provide fair estimates. As a result, more than 20 roofs in the community were completed at competitive prices, on schedule, and with professional workmanship. We also recently had new gutters installed on our current home and are extremely pleased. The gutter crew finished the installation in one day, and after a heavy rain that evening, we noticed a little water getting through at a corner. We contacted the office, and someone came out the same day to correct it. After that, everything worked perfectly. The whole team was responsive, professional, and great to work with from start to finish.
