From the beginning, I emphasized that I wanted a long-term solution for my aging roof. Unfortunately, the work they did feels like a temporary fix. While some visible issues were addressed, the underlying problems were not. This has already started to cause new issues, and I’m concerned about what might happen in the future. It’s frustrating to invest in a project like this and not get lasting results

For 3 years, my husband and I looked for a roofer and it wasn't until the stars aligned, that we found the blessing that is Arial Vega. From the estimate to the completion of the roof, Arial, Veronica and the crew were very professional, polite and above all caring and considerate. The workmanship and attention to detail is superb. Arial and Veronica's customer service is second to none. Pricing was not only competitive but fair and backed by experience, talent, dedication and pride. Vega Roofing is the ONLY roofing company I will ever recommend to my family, friends or even the stranger walking by. Thank You, from the bottom of our hearts for taking Amazing care of our Home!!!

My first experience with Ariel was when I needed my roof repaired due to an emergency situation. He came and fixed and repaired the hole in my roof immediately. I had no issue with it after his work. Then I decided, a few years later, to have the roof replaced. I had Ariel do the work because I knew from the previous experience that the replacement would be done correctly and efficiently. Ariel has excellent work ethic and knowledge and integrity. All of the qualities one would want in a roofer. He does his best work because it is how he would want it done at his own home. That is why you want Ariel to do your roofing repair or replacement. I trust him totally and you should too. Call him now.

Thank you so much Renee for your kind words and continued trust over the years. It really means a lot that you called me again for your full roof replacement after your first experience. I take pride in treating every home like it’s my own, so I’m glad that came through in both projects. I truly appreciate your recommendation and support—it was a pleasure working with you each time. If you ever need anything in the future, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Ariel and Vega Roofing are the epitome of customer service. He is the best of the best. Perhaps even better than that - he may be in a league of his own. I did my duty. Got multiple bids. Checked references. Asked around and on FB. Here’s the thing… if all roofing contractors were equal, then it would only make sense to just pick the cheapest one, right? But the truth is - THEY’RE NOT ALL CREATED EQUAL! Ariel is knowledgeable, experienced, meticulous, recommends the best quality materials and does the best quality installation. He’ll even tell you the questions you should be asking other companies. He cares, follows through, and treats your project as if it were his own. Go ahead. Call 5 companies. Have them come out, give you quotes. But be prepared. Once you meet with Ariel, it’s probably over. It was for me.

It was a pleasure working with you, and I’m grateful for the opportunity. If you ever need anything in the future, I’m just a call away!

Mark R. Vega Roofing LLC in Carson City (owner Ariel) was recommended to us by 2 friends. Ariel responded promptly, inspected our roof and gave us a written proposal for some repairs and a new skylight. He performed the work efficiently. He explained in advance exactly how he would proceed. He showed me pictures and videos of the roof before and after. He is punctual. He is very polite and honest. I highly recommend him.

I recently used Vega Roofing and was VERY impressed. The owner responded promptly to all my emails and texts and went out of his way to perform additional roof repairs not included in the original bid. He and his crew arrived on time, were respectful of the landscaping, and left the property better than they found it. Mr. Vega was a very polite and nice man to work with. Best of all, he finished on time. I would recommend Vega Roofing without any hesitation.

Ariel replaced our 43 year old tile roof expertly with an A rated asphalt roof product. The roof had many different angles as it was a custom home with a contemporary feel. We highly recommend Vega Roofing. Ariel and his crew were very careful in their work and spotted a few pieces of siding that needed replacement too. He communicated with us on a daily basis and the progress that was made. So neat too!! Ariel is a real craftsman and we would enthusiastically hire him again. AAA+.

We've got a cottage in Gold Hill that needed a new roof. It's difficult to find people who want to come up to Storey County. After reading several reviews I found Vega Roofing. Called and Ariel came in a few hours and measured everything. That evening I had a satisfactory proposal and we were ready to go. However, it was a holiday weekend and Storey County Building Dept. decided to close on Thursday afternoon. Project on halt. In the meantime, I asked Ariel if he could check out some problems I had at our home in Reno. Blown off furnace cap, leaking vent pipe and roof that drains on the facia rather than in the gutters. The problem was the felt at the edge of the tiles had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. Ariel came back with his crew and removed several rows of tiles and replaced the felt. Did a great job and didn't waste time on the weekend. Foward to the next week and Gold Hill. All the glitches with Storey County got worked out and a new composition roof got installed. It looks great and the building inspector even commented on the quality of the install. All the costs were less than I expected and the job sites were extremely well cleaned. I couldn't ask for more. Vega Roofing did two jobs perfectly!

The professional job done by Vega Roofing is exceptional. I am more than 100% satisfied!!! Ariel and his two assistants replaced my roof with the utmost care and attention to detail. I really appreciate Ariel for correcting several problems such as installing a guard to direct the water flow (from melting snow and rain) away from the window below, attaching the bathroom and kitchen vents to pipes so they vent to the outside as they should (instead of inside the attic) and repairing the shingle molding all around the house (by sanding the splintering wood. caulking and repainting) that was in terrible shape. Ariel looked for these specific things that needed attention and repair while explaining everything to me. Now, all the vents and pipes on the roof have new matching paint. Ariel is even mindful of supporting the ladder with boards at the roof line, so there is no damage to the shingle mold and fascia as people go up and down the ladder. Each day, I was welcomed to go on the roof to see the progress. Ariel is proud of his work and enjoys showing both the functionality and artistry involved. One night it started to softly rain and Ariel drove back to my house to go up and cover the exposed wood, to prevent water damage. It did not rain much, but he wanted to be safe. This team of professionals is very meticulous with the cleanup of the property at the end of each day and the end of the whole job. My new roof is beautiful. Without reservation, I highly recommend Vega Roofing LLC.
